While Dr. Scortt has a nice«bedside matter» — don’t let his friendliness fool you, he is in it for the money. I saw him several times, he would only do a small amount of incremental work each time to make sure you kept coming back for future appointment, which he of course could bill. The last straw was when he prescribed inserts for my plantar fasciitis. I got a call when the inserts were ready. I asked what the office hours were so I could just pick them up. I was told that I had to meet with Dr. Scortt to go over how to use the inserts. Seriously!!! I need an office visit so the doctor can tell me how to use shoe inserts? Unbelievably greedy doctor and unscrupulous office practices, I would not recommend.
