The staff was so friendly here and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They didn’t have the hat I wanted in store, so we ordered it and I ended up getting it quicker than they suggested.

Love this store and the staff! Everyone was friendly and the store and a great vibe in it.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Avoid at ALL COST! I purchased a hat from them as a gift for someone else. The hat did not fit my friend. It was a fitted hat and I had made a best guess but it was slightly too small. Literally the very next day I went in to exchange it for my friend. I had my receipt, the cap had never been worn, and it was still in original perfect condition with all tags and stickers on it. I just wanted an exchange for a size larger. They refused to exchange it. They wanted me to pay an extra $ 23 because the hat had now gone up to regular price from the sale price, from $ 15.00 to $ 37.99. I couldn’t believe it. Really? You can’t just switch the hat? «No, that’s our policy,» they said. I was holding the replacement hat in my hand and they refused to exchange it. What a crock of s*&t! Simply incredible that they wouldn’t offer to do anything. I called their corporate help center just to be told that they couldn’t do anything, that it was up to the store’s discretion. Well, I will use my discretion then and never shop there again. I suggest everyone do the same. It’s not worth the horrible customer service.

The store is cool, a lot of hats to chose from, but the customer service is horrible. They are rude, unhelpful and just stare at you constantly like if you are going to steal or start something. The Lids store and customer service in Daly City is so much better then this crap store.

Great selection of hats but they just glare at everyone like there going to steal a hat lmao. What I bought there is more than what they make in a week Haha.
