Lily Nail Spa

Do not come here. Lily the owner is rude and does not listen to what you actually want. She hustles you and tries to win. All her associates give her the money and she actually puts the money in her bra not in the register and the worst thing is that she does that right in front of me. Very unprofessional and unsanitary. I would not recommend this place!!! I spent $ 45 on a French tip pedicure and French tip full set.

Lily needs to get an attitude check, super rude. I’m not from Fresno and wanted to get my nails and she messed up my sisters nails. Like are you serious she needs to go back and take some classes again on how to do nails.

For the price I guess it’s okay. You get what you pay for. But I won’t be going back. They keep the place clean but their tools are not. They kept me waiting forever (and I was the only one in there). One of the workers came in so late, Lily was complaining to me about her. She came in late, loud. Talking on her phone, with the speaker on for all to hear her conversation. Not the place to relax. Overall, not a good experience. My nails looked terrible, but again you get what you pay for.

My feet were good by the daughter, but thee mom Lily has like folks said bad attitude so much so I declined on the nails n to me her nails are okay anyway! 4 for the daughter n 0 for the sour lily pad!

DON’T COME HERE this place is HORRIBLE the owner is super rude and BEWARE of the pedicures they burned my mother’s food here and the lady that did the pedicure (the owner) made her foot Bleed. Also the acrylic nails are HORRIBLE looking the don’t even push back cuticles or anything. If your looking for a good place for your money and to get quality service don’t come here because you won’t find it. The employees are rude and make you feel extremely uncomfortable. This place is a waste of time and money save yourself from a bad experience and not come here. This place should be closed down

I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I went in for an emergency fix because it’s the closest place and I needed to have them done for I have a wedding to part take in and my god. This was the worst idea to ever come here! I’ve come here prior and they have always done a wonderful job but today it pissed me off.
One don’t tell a customer oh your nails aren’t setting but still file it. Or the powder isn’t setting because it’s not cold enough. EXCUSE ME. NO. If they are not setting let it dry. I don’t care if you have other customers. PAY ATTENTION TO ME. they can wait just like how I did.
Second, if I’m asking you to fix it don’t talk back to me and tell me it’s because my nail color was the problem. I’m paying you to do my nails. I didn’t come here to get criticized. If my nail color was the problem use the acetone to remove it. DONT start a shitty job.
Thirdly, don’t expect me to not say anything if you missed spots on my nails. Given I had another nail tech do YOUR BEST to fix it. THATS YOUR JOB.

Went here today to get the deluxe pedicure. HORRIBLE. My whole pedicure was literally about 10 minutes. The lady didn’t even scrub my feet well! She scrubbed about 3 strokes and that was it. Not worth the money and definitely won’t be coming back.

Worst place to get a pedi.
Some very inappropriate things were said.
The value of the pedi I received today was ridiculous. I paid $ 20 for a spa pedicure and the man didn’t even scrub my feet or anything. It’s an extra $ 5 for dead skin to be removed when I can go to Kings canyon and get all it done for $ 12.
Service: horrible. The owner was rude and had an annoyed tone the whole time.
The man doing my mother’s toes were telling her things like you like it when your husband spanks u? Your toes at so nice. He will go all night. I WAS APPALLED! Who says that???
I came with my mother, cousin and little sister. I was suspicious as to what was being said about us in Vietnamese and what I learned made me angrier.
I snapchatted videos of their conversation and ugh.
Ignore the reviews telling you this place was the best. It’s a complete lie! Believe me!

The best deluxe pedicure ever for only $ 25! I’ve been here many times with my daughter, always good service
