Lozano Matthew MD

Dr Lozano is a great dr. He’s been my dr. For 22 years, and he’s delivered my two brothers. I was with him before he moved to Northwest Medical Group, and have always loved him. He always answers my questions, and is great with refilling prescriptions. They always fax over information from them to the pharmacy in a timely manner. Would recommend him to any family or friend.

Dr Lozano feel doesn’t listen or care about you. I don’t know why I bother making appointments because he is always HOURS behind schedule. He never returns phone calls. His office staff is flat out rude. Whenever you need refills you must call them a dozen times. He decided to take me off of some of my medications without knowing me, doing any tests or knowing anything about me. He forced me to choose between my sleeping medication and my anti anxiety meds even though I clearly need them both. He referred me out to all kinds of specialists who I’m sure he’s getting some sort of kickback from. I hate this guy. I hate this practice. What an asshole. I don’t usually write reviews about drs, but he’s terrible and I want everyone to know.
I started writing this review about a year and a half ago, and I never published it for fear of retaliation. About a year ago, Dr. Lozano dropped me as a patient right after I had a miscarriage and was calling for advice. He’s such a jerk and I’m so thankful he dropped me because my new Dr is awesome.
I wish I could give him 0 stars because that’s what he and his practice deserve.

Great doc. Caring, considerate, friendly. He nevers makes me feel like I need to rush through. Would difinitely recommend.
