M&S Pool And Spa Service

These people are a joke! While their pool service was not bad, they are very very unprofessional. They went out of town from August 17 to the 23^rd and dropped off chlorine tablets for us to put in the pool while they were away. It never occurred to them but maybe some people would not see the note About them going out of town right away. Instead of actually posting a voice mail at the business line saying that they would be away the phone just rang and rang. I left two messages telling them to call me back and they never did. Instead, the owner of the company came to our house and told us you know longer wants our business. Wow. I guess they’re so wealthy they don’t need anyone’s business! I suggest to stay away from these people! Pool cleaning services are a dime a dozen here in Fresno and I will easily find someone much better and more professional.
