Manchester Motel

I should have figured how shady the place was when I saw over a hundred rooms but only two other cars parked there. Alas, we were pretty tired after driving 8 hours in Friday night traffic, so we caved in.
Here’s why you should never abuse your eyes by looking at this shithole:
1. Our room smelled like ass.
2. I could feel all sorts of microorganisms crawling on me as soon as I touched the bed. I promptly got my sleeping bag and slept in that instead. I only put my head on the pillow ’cause I was so exhausted. The next morning, my friend literally put his sleeping T-​shirt in a ziploc bag to quarantine it. I’m not kidding.
3. How the hell does soap get dirty? SOAP?!
4. The shower floor was all smudged and dirty. Neither of us dared to set foot in there.
5. There was graffiti on the door.
6. One of the locks on the door was broken.
7. Did I mention our room smelled like ass?
If you consider staying here ’cause you’re exhausted and just drove 8 hours like we did, do yourself a favor and just get in a car accident instead.
