Me-N-Ed’s Pizzeria

If I could give this place lower than a star I would their service is so bad and the place is a complete disgust to walk into. I called to order delivery and they said it would take 30 minutes which I was okay with and then they called 20 minutes later saying that they can’t deliver to where my house is so I went to pick up the pizza and realized I didn’t have my wallet with me so I told my husband to Call in to give hem our credit card info and they said they couldn’t do that which is a complete lie because that is how we pay for delivery via card over the phone !!! And they refused to give me the pizzas I had ordered. I am furious and hungry after working all damn day and all I wanted was a slice of valley veggie. I love me m eds but this place should be closed down and not use the name me n eds at all. Never coming back!

Ok I ordered a large pizza half vegetables and half just cheese
I got all vegetables no big deal
Then it seems like it feel cause it was upside down
The worst part was there was hair in my pizza and now I’m super disgusted I can’t even eat or let anyone eat from it
Total waste of $ 20 and food
Not the greatest service won’t be coming again
You don’t even deserve that one star

This place was good a year or two ago but now talk about shitty servers, shitty food and shitty cleaning. Beware of this shitty me and eds.

Bad customer service. Can’t even order a pizza without getting attitude over the phone. I am a very polite person towards workers because I used to work fast food but I don’t appreciate the attitude I get from them. I love Me N Ed’s and that is the only reason why I will continue to eat there.

Ordered two pizzas for pick-​up, very simple. Right? I get there after the 20 minutes and only one pizza was ready. They kept me waiting an additional 10 – 15 minutes and still no pizza. I’m now standing at the counter for 5 more minutes after asking them how much longer it will be. And finally get asked, what did you order? Come to find out my other pizza was inadvertantly sent out with the delivery driver! Ok so they made me another. The gal behind the counter logged it in their spiral note book and said they would credit me two pizzas and I watched her write it in the book. I was satisfied. I call later to get my pizzas and low and behold they have no record of it. I talked to two different people the first spoke broken English and had no clue what I was saying. The second put me on hold for 5 minutes. She said I don’t see it in book you can call back in the morning and talk to a manager, I don’t have the authority to do that. Give me a goddamn break! It’s pizza not a damn flat screen TV! They suck there. Never again! EVER!!!

Horrible customer service. Worst me n eds that I’ve been to in Fresno and will never come back to this location. 2 stars Because I like me n eds pizza.

They forgot to put my order in and we were waiting along time but they made up for it with a free pizza

Absolutely disgusting.
Filthy and dilapidated.
Part of the floor in the kitchen area behind the register is completely gone, looks like plywood that has been left in the rain. No way that floor can be disinfected.
This is the area where all the pizza is made.
Every surface I touched was either sticky or greasy.
I like to eat in places that are clean.
I would not slop hogs in this place.
I took 11 people who were there for a birthday party and walked out.

I would rather drive TWICE as far on my lunch break to another location, than have this place deliver to me. I’ve tried them a few times, and this location always let’s me down. I really like Me N Eds pizza, but there’s just something about this location that cannot get it right. The pizza just tastes off. And when I call them to place my order, they sound annoyed that they have to do something.

Pizza was good until a COCKROACH crawled up next to us. DISGUSTING! I hope a manager sees this review and fixes whatever problem they have going on in there. I’m pretty sure they can get shut down for having pests inside a restaurant.

This review is solely on the John … Ok so I need to take a #1 like the kind of #1 that U hold for like 30 mins #1 so I head to the John (in a hurry) and as I walk in i literally got smacked in the face with a pungent, amonianated, 1980s style truck stop bathroom! SERIOUSLY It was disgusting like horror movie status bathroom, on that not Ya not coming back here I’m afraid I may catch something incurable just from using this bathroom, patrons beware it is that bad.

Great pizza for the price. The owner is AWESOME.

Love the pizza, but the customer service is horrible. I try to order often and this location is closer to me; however, they are always soooo rude on the phone and when going to pick up, rude again behind the counter.
I tried ordering tonight because I had a long journey here from LA. AND the guy hung up on me, I call back he is laughing, I place order to go, he yells at me says it is for pick up… I want delivery… he says now he has to redo order and sighs… to go. wow you can’t change to delivery in computer upon the order being placed.
Worst customer service… I decided to cancel and pick up from another healthier restaurant close by.
The only positive is the pizza and they do have a nice delivery guy. Who ever does the hiring and job placement should be fired because this location has the worst staffing. Suggestion ‘ME N ED’s.you might want to position the good employees at the front of the transaction (phone, counter) not at the end (delivery guy).

Went to this me n eds and was very unhappy with the way its being kept up. The rest rooms are terrible as well as the the dinning room. Disgusting is the word for this place…

Mushroom onions and sausage was absolutely terrible and had 10 bits of sausage for a large pizza. Crust was under done and cut unevenly. Had same experience a month ago and decided not to share on Unilocal.This is the 3^rd Me & Ed’s I won’t be returning. Tower and West/​Bullard are the other two. I give up on Me & Ed’s.

First off service, I don’t think a single soul in that place knows what this is, I just had my pizza delivered and the guy git upset at me for not knowing where my business is located, with no shame at all did he just nodd his head in disappointment and he said Almost absolutely nothing, I’m like I’m sorry is that my fault??? This place needs to take a wrecking ball, send all it’s employees to a mental rehabilitation institution because they would all just flunk 1^st grade… what a disaster of a location,

Something has changed with their pizzas… cant pin point it… but they are not as good as they use to be…

I came here to have dinner with my kids. We order a pizza and drinks, after waiting for about twenty minutes for our pizza the lady in the front gave us a free pizza because they added the wrong ingredient (we order a pizza with bacon, pepperoni and sausage). They have a racing arcade and two other ones shooting and a candy machine. Customer service was good besides they added the ham instead of the bacon but we got a free pizza so it’s good. The pizza itself taste good.

I have felt that Me-N-Ed’s served the best pizza for a long time. Recently, I had pizza with a friend at this location. The place was filthy. The lady at the counter was not friendly. The guy making pizza set a container on the raw pizza dough that he just pulled off of the shelf of the refrigerator. YUK! I sent a note to the corporate office. NO REPLY, NO CALL. Obviously, they don’t care! (Tower location even worse!) Filthy dirty place!
I doubt that I would go back to any of their businesses again… Coney Island included!
