Nagare Quality Air Conditioning & Service

Last evening the A/​C went out in our home. Friday evening and looking forward to the weekend and over 100 degree weather. I called Nagare Air Conditioning and left them a message about 8pm. At 8 am I got a call from Kenny at Nagare. He was calling to tell me that he would be by later in the day to look at our unit. True to his word he called about 12:30 and said he’d be there by 1. When he got there and checked out the unit our worst fears were confirmed, the compressor was shot.
Being it was a weekend and we had a slightly uncommon unit he said it would be at least Monday before he could even find out if one was available locally. The fact that it was an uncommon unit made it even more unlikely that any of the parts distributors would have one in stock and they might have to have it shipped.
That means days to get and then install. Kenny said he would check it out on Monday and call us. We weren’t looking forward to spending the next few days without A/​C as it was already 93 in the house!
Then, Kenny said that he had a portable A/​C unit that would cool a room and we could use it until our unit was repaired. He brought it over and set it up and voila, 78 degrees in the bedroom! We can sleep in cool temps!
I don’t know who would have offered to lend us a portable A/​C and I’d never heard of it. He is also going to finance the new unit (we decided it would be better to replace the whole unit than just the compressor on the old one) and do it with zero interest. The best part is that he is really VERY competitive in his service and unit prices. Way better than Lowes or Home Depot or Allbritton.
Maybe the fact that I’ve been a customer of his for over 25 years makes a difference. He’s always done me right and been there for me when I needed it. If you think that this review is premature just read my previous one and you will see why I trust these guys implicitly. I know they will do me right.
