Valentines day 2015 was a day to remember. My husband got up early and went downstairs, only to find that our entire lower floor was flooded! I was in such shock that I forgot to take a photo but can still remember the glow of the light in, the entry way, on the water. Who to call on a Saturday to come out and handle this situation? I had used Olsen Restoration, about 15 years ago, for a minor flooding issue. So immediately called and Mike Loughney answered the phone. With in an hour 3 guys were out to suck up the water and start drying the house out with the infamous noisy drying equipment. A few days later the insurance adjuster was here along with Mike Loughney and Blair Olsen. Decided since the house was a mess it was a perfect time to remodel after 25 years. So Olsen Construction was hired. I have had a great relationship with everyone, subs, carpenters, plumber, painters and bookkeeper and everyone that has worked on the project. It has been a long process, 9 months, I keep adding this and that and we decided to remodel the upstairs too. I have enjoyed every moment of working with Olsen Construction. Blair turned our job over to his son Cody and our tastes were similar. So beadboard, shiplap, and unusual bathroom vanities were a go! I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Olsen Restoration and Construction to handle any restoration or construction projects in the future. In fact after I recouperate from having this 9 month project, we are going to start on the outside of the house. Looking forward to having the«Olsen Crew» around again. Very happy client!

We needed some outlooker fascia repair on our garage front. Blair Olsen came out gave us a quote & said he’d put us on the schedule. Three phone calls later asking WHEN we were going to have someone come out suddenly we were on the schedule. We got our invoice with the WRONG last name on it. We Corrected it on the hardcopy of invoice & called in to advise of the wrong name on the account assuming it would be corrected. Invoice was dtd September 2012. Pd the bill day we got it. They cashed the chk in 4 days it cleared the bank. Yesterday we got a call(5months later) that we had not paid our bill FORTHEFENCE? Wrong customer name, wrong job name, & accused us of not paying our bill. 5 months later the info We told them still was not corrected, Blair called us still by the wrong name today, apologized but cut me off and hung up on me during our conversation. I would give them a ½ a star but i cant. Obviously 5 months later our payment was still not posted to the correct account. After multiple calls & hand corrected invoices you would think that SOMEONE would be fixing the account. After 5 months Still not done.

I was a renter when we had a water loss. No one explained the process before they started. We were told the water leak was repaired when it had not been. No one was ever on time, work was not completed in the time frame we were told. Mold was found and we went two weeks before any one came out to address it. We ended up losing our kitchen for 3 months during the process of removing 3 linear feet of mold on sheet rock. It took them over 4 weeks to dry out a 20 sq ft hallway. The Dehumidifier dried out my wives and mine sinuses cause a loss in work and trip to the doctors. When ever there was a problem or question it became the«Name Game» to figure out what happen and how to resolve it. They have several people working for them named Mike, so it was always«that was done by Mike, Mike does know about it bc he didn’t do it, it was roofer Mike, roofer Mike had never been to our house before.» No one ever stepped up to take ownership. We had 3 occasions where techs were scheduled, my wife stayed home to let them in, and NOTECHEVERSHOWEDUP! It was the biggest headache I’ve ever been through. I can’t believe they are still in business.
