Orange chicken, walnut shrimp, and passion Tea. That’s it. Everything else is sub Par or just OK.

I was so excited when this Panda Express opened up so close to home, but man it has to have the worst wait time ever! No lie, every time that I have been here it is a minimum of 10 – 15 minute wait time? I don’t know if it is a staffing issue or simply because they always run out of food but I cannot give more than a 2 star rating. Fast food chains are built for convenience, not long wait times. The Panda Express downtown on Fresno and«C» street smokes this place; and we are talking some serious high volume of customer downtown Fresno, yet super fast! The restaurant is hit and miss on the cleanliness, as mentioned before when they first opened it was very tidy, now it’s rather a toss up whether it’s clean or not. On Sunday 9⁄27 I ordered the kiddos their favorite Orange chicken with half noodles and pan friend rice and I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl. The wait time: 12 minutes and the quality of food well: poor — the orange chicken had that old crunchy taste(old) and my chicken breast was rubbery(gross) After driving home and waiting for nearly 15 minutes I decided just to bear and grin it. I had already encounter experiences like this here so shame on me. I can say that the experience/food is okay, but I have certainly have had better. 2 Stars until my next visit.

I have given this franchise several chances to please me. While the tastes are great, I’m not sure what oils they use, for no matter what I choose to eat there, within 30 minutes after eating, I am hit with uncontrollable diarrhea. This has happened everytime, no matter the location. And it doesn’t happen anywhere else. So no more Panda for me.

I had the same experience, cashier was soooo slow, messed up people’s orders and was out of orange chicken! People had to wait a long time to pay & leave.

Got here at 9:20pm. The sign says they are open till 10 pm. I ordered a kids meal for my kid. Chow mein with teriyaki chicken. The girl behind the counter asked the cook if they could make some more teriyaki chicken and he said they were done cooking for the night. Im sorry but the sign says they are open till 10 and there is still 40 minutes till then. Looks like employees here are just in a hurry to close and get out of the store. Wont be coming to this location again anytime soon.

This is a nice new location. The layout of the store is great and I much prefer it over the W Shaw location. Always clean in here, never seen it messy or remotely dirty. The food here really depends on who is working that day. I’ve thought this was an Illinois issue, but I’m finding it is really an every location issue. I hate to sound like a dick here, but I have noticed that when Panda Express has white people working in them cooking, the food sucks balls! It’s dry, bland and boring! If you are lucky enough to catch one of the other guys working the food is as great as Panda Express can be. If you see the white guy cooking, just save yourself the money and go elsewhere. For reals here, take my advice on this, your stomach will thank you later. This location normally has the Eggplant Tofu which I love. I just wish all locations offered it. For some reason you can’t order this dish with their online system either, which sucks as you will wait 7 minutes + for them to cook it. I love the online ordering system so I can skip the line. I just wish they would resolve the lack of being able to order the eggplant tofu online. For sure use this option during busy times. You will get in and out in no time. The biggest issue this location has had is they constantly screw up your order. Check that bag before you leave the store. Thank God I live close by, as I failed to check the bag multiple times and had to return. Now I don’t let that happen again.

This place has been open a few months, you think they’d be up to speed. This is the third time we’ve had a bad experience here. They were out of chow mein(like the last time we were here) — how does that happen at Panda? Ordered fried rice instead & then waited like 10 minutes to get rung up; they were messing with the change machine while everyone’s food was getting cold. The ‘manager’ was right there, seemingly oblivious to everything, smiling and joking with the crew.
