Order my food from the drive-thru today and was very disappointed when I got home to find out how little of a portion they gave us! This location has gotten very stingy with their portions. Even my kids questioned why they gave us such small portion than a normal portion of what we would normally get from another panda location. I can see now why this location has bad reviews.

I ordered a bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. When we got to the window they asked me again if I had said I wanted chow mein or friend rice. Once again I clearly said«chow mein». When I got home I discovered that they had given me fried rice instead of chow mein. This is not the first time this same Panda Express has given me the wrong order. If you order in the drive through make sure you check what they give you before you drive away.

What happened serving container much smaller! Less food! Feel ripped off! Had TV dinners that were bigger portions! Been a customer for very long time! They should rethink !

Worst service I have ever had. Never coming back here regardless that I live across the street. My friend asked one of the employees if she can get a couple more pieces of chicken in her bowl and the employee responded«I know calm down!» That same employee continued about her business slamming things and stomping around the kitchen. Very immature and not professional at all. I would happily take her job. She should be happy she has a job.

Horrible service for a big.chain.like.panda express. Been here multiple at night and they are always out of majority of entrée. items so.early before closing. So. now I started ordering online and picking it up. Well today they did not have my order ready because the printer didnt work. They should just close earlier because clearly they cannot provide a great experience for customers late night.

It’s difficult wondering if I should give a fast food restaurant 5 stars or not. I have an incredibly positive outlook on life, so even a chair deserves some love when they give outstanding service. While most of my review is based on my visit last night, I will be considering other visits, which mars my rating a little bit, however, this place definitely deserves a good review based on last night. We walked in around 8:30PM and the restaurant was empty. One person had just pulled up to the drive through as we walked in, but one of the employees who was cleaning actually took the time to greet us. I ordered a plate for my husband and a bowl for myself, and we were immediately attended. The employee also allowed me to split the side in my bowl. All the entrees we ordered from looked fresh, despite how close they were to closing time, and he worked at a quick pace, even though there was nobody else who needed to be served. I’m happy to say that we received some great service. In the past, I have had small groups from church come and meet at this location and received similarly quality service. Unfortunately, it’s a bit difficult to find clean outdoor seating here. However, given our awesome customer service and good quality food, I’m happy to give this location a good review.

When you order beef and broccoli and you get broccoli with a hint of beef. Called the store after we got home at 9:30pm and the manager, Sunshine, offered us a free meal next time. Staff needs to understand proportions. I didn’t order broccoli with a sample of beef. Probably honest mistake but it’s 9:30 and not busy. If I’m overpaying for fake Chinese food, at least get the portion size right.

Food is always well-prepared; I love the angus steak! Had it today but noticed the steak(which is $ 1.25 more) was placed over a layer of rice to appear like more. Shame on you!!!

I don’t care how much my kids beg me they want something fast. I won’t do it again! Not really Asian food. Food was dry even though it was covered in sauce. Rice was hard. I love their presentation but I think that’s the only thing they got going for em. 2 stars that’s for service and cleanliness.

The McDonald’s of Asian fast food. It’s by far the most money you’ll pay for a small amount of food and yet there’s a few things on the menu that I like. When I don’t really care too much and am going for broke, I pull up here. I used to love their sweet and sour pork but that got removed from the offerings. LOVE the chicken and celery but again, it’s priced at $ 4.00 for a small side order. It’s like 90% celery! The chicken teriyaki is really good. It’s like a pancake syrup poured over chicken. One of my few sugar exceptions. Okay, if you’re not into the rice or noodles(cheapest and least healthy part of your meal), it’s not a good value. Still, I like this place. –G

I never thought I’d actually like Panda Express. I kinda do. It’s fast, easy, and cheap. It also doesn’t give me the runs like most Chinese food. I wish they would bring back the firecracker chicken, I think it was called. Now this past visit I was very annoyed. The sign on the door said it was open until 7pm. Now, I showed up at 6:40 and the door was locked. They told me to go to the drive thru. Nothing pisses me off more than a bunch of lazy workers cutting corners trying to get out early. If they try to clean up early so they can leave when they said the restaurant portion is open to 7pm, what else are they cutting corners on. That’s my biggest complaint. Other than that, the food is relatively good. All of it. I’ve had damn near everything on the menu at some point. Probably been here 8 times in the past 3 months, but my first check in and review just happened.

I was really disappointed when I ate my first piece of orange chicken and it tasted pretty much freezer burnt. Usually, I don’t like to complain, but I figured I could just get it replaced. The manager was so apologetic and insisted that he remake my entire bowl, and gave me a free appetizer to boot. I kept saying it wasn’t necessary, but he really wanted to make sure I enjoyed my visit. Looking at the reviews now, I can understand why he was so intent hahaha Because he was so nice and did everything he could to make it up to me, I wanted to make sure I left a good review! Plus, everything else tasted great, and the servings were bigger than usual too — always a plus.

Went here 4 times, that was enough. 1: No one in line at drive-thru — took 10 – 15 minutes 2: went inside, waited in line was told the noodles werent quite ready, they set my plate aside, then the noodles came up and they forgot about me. left. 3: Drive-thru 2 people in line — took about 20 minutes 4: went inside, service was not terrible, got home and the portion was tiny. Other PE are good, this one, not so much.

I usually don’t have a problem with panda express. I mean, with any chain, like a mcdonalds or Starbucks, the quality should be consistent and the service should be the biggest difference. We got to this location at about 9:30 at night because it was on the way home and my bf loves panda. When we went in there were out of the thing that he wanted and we agreed to wait the 5 minutes for it to cook and placed the rest of our order. First off, the wait was more like 10 minutes. That could be excusable except for when she started making our order she goes«oh, we’re out of spring rolls. Do you want a chicken roll or you can wait 5 minutes for a veggie one.» I was like, if you knew that you were out of something that I ordered and paid for 10 minutes ago then why didn’t you make it then?” She said something about another customer ordering the rest of the batch. Ok, so why didn’t THEY wait for them to make more since I already PAID for it. No I do not want to wait TWICE. She offered to give me a free entrée. Why would I want a free entrée now? I already ordered and paid for my own food. The girl was dumb and unyielding so I just angrily agreed to take the chicken roll and gave it to my boyfriend and left. I now see why this location has such a low rating.

Same as my review for the Panda Express on Herndon/Fowler. You can expect the same quality of food as the one over there. The prices are just about the only thing that keeps me from coming to this chain on a regular basis. Which sucks, because I think there food is really good, although it’s no where near authentic, I still enjoy it. Like I said with my other review, the only times I’m really here anymore is when I get a coupon for a free entrée of their new item… that’s about it.

The fact that this location is open until 11pm weekdays is definatley something to like. Right now I’m totally hooked onto their walnut shrimp because it’s simply delicous, although it’s a bit overpriced. Also, you can expect fast service when using the drive-thru.

Avoid the drive-thru if you want your food hot, fresh, and within the hour! A drive-thru is a pretty neat concept for a chain like Panda Express. Maybe there are more of these in other cities, but to my knowledge the one at their Willow/Nees restaurant is unique to Fresno. I went there on a Thursday night at 8:00 to grab and quick dinner for me and my partner. The dude in the Escalade in front of me placed an $ 85 — yes, $ 85 — order. At a drive-thru window. At a restaurant where the most expensive thing on the menu is something like $ 6.99. Could he have called ahead for an order as big as that? Apparently not. Could he have gone inside and placed his order so as not to hold up the half a dozen people who pulled in behind him? No, that would have been too sensible. Or how about this: could the woman taking his order, when she realized it was going to be huge, have asked him to pull around so they could keep serving other people? Nah, that makes too damn much sense. It took them a full 50 minutes to complete his order. The whole time he sat there with his gas hog idling. I honked my horn for him to move so *I* could pull around, go in, get my food, and go. The jackass ignored me. I couldn’t get out of my car because of the landscaping or else I would have went up to his car and told him to move. There were at least four cars behind me, and the drive-thru lane is curvy, so it would have been nigh on impossible for all the cars behind me to back up without causing an accident of some sort. So I sat there, steaming mad, for nearly an hour waiting Mr. Driveswithoutabrain to to get his order. By the time I got to the window, at nearly 9:00 p.m., I was so mad I could hardly think straight. They handed me my food straight away, and I could tell by the way the clamshells were stone cold that it had sat there, congealing, nearly the whole time while they were getting the other guy’s order together. When I demanded a fresh order, I was told that couldn’t be done because they were closing. That’s when I totally lost it. I asked(yelled, actually) why in the name of all that is holy they had allowed that guy to to place such a huge order at a drive-thru in the first place, the waitress tartly replied, «Because that’s the way we do it.,» and slammed the window. It was nearly 9:30 before I got to my partners apartment. We tried microwaving the food, but it was just disgusting. Irate and exhausted, I I fired off an an email to Panda Express’s corporate headquarters telling them about my experience. I never got a reply. Panda Express has lost a customer.
