Looking for a place to rent? Yea? then don’t go through this guy. When you call and ask questions or try to setup an appointment to see the property, he becomes incredibly rude and just fires questions at you without allowing you to ask your own. He’ll quiz you to see if you drove by the house already and he makes it obvious he doesn’t believe you. I’ve met a lot of brokers, agents, etc and no one has ever asked me to fill out the application first before even seeing the house. He actually told us to not even bother going to the house unless the application was completely filled out which he will check when we arrive. That’s customer service for you. Plus, this guy owns all the properties listed on his website so he’s the landlord… that’s bad news. AVOID at all costs. I’d rather pay higher rent than having to deal with this guy.
