Went into this place after checking reviews on Unilocal and saw they had a vegetarian option called the Garden Burger: a veggie patty with ortega chili, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion with swiss cheese and mayo, had that along with fries. The fries were hard(I know some people like them crispy like that but I don’t) but the burger was great. The place has a nice atmosphere, clean inside and table outside as well. Plan on going back when I’m in the mood for another veggie burger but unfortunately that’s the only item they offer that is vegetarian.

Every time I return to this restaurant, I love it even more. The first time I came, I ordered the French toast, eggs, and sausage. Some of the best breakfast I had and they give you a generous portion. 2nd time I came and had lunch, I had ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Club. I’m one of those people that revels in this type of sandwich, and I have ordered it at many different places. But this one, was undoubtedly the best Chicken Bacon Bacon Ranch Club that I ever have had. It comes with excellent fries that have a dash of chili pepper. The atmosphere is very relaxing and reminds of somewhere in the Bay area. And the prices a very reasonable, keep it up, and I will keep coming back!

Went here for breakfast downtown this morning. It’s located in Fulton Mall and I was pretty happy with the clean décor of the place. It’s a bit small and only a few four person tables with a long counter on one side. You order at the counter first and then it’s delivered to you. There are no waitresses. You have to bus your own tables although they did take some things from us as we finished them if they were passing by. I don’t mind cleaning up after myself but if you miss the tiny little sign at the table with the Facebook advertisement you will probably look like an ass for not doing so. Service otherwise was friendly and quick. For both of us we paid $ 17. I got the pancake platter which was only six dollars. He got the french toast and added a side of toast to use with his eggs. We both got soda, which is self serve as well. I wanted coffee but they didn’t have decaf, which is really odd. I’ve never been to a breakfast place without decaf coffee. SO also wanted to add some whip cream to his order but they didn’t have any of that either. I’m not sure how they make their blended coffee drinks without it but there you go. There was certainly enough food but quite a bit of it seemed a bit too overcooked. My pancakes were very large and seemed to have been on the griddle a little too long. The first order of bacon my SO received were mostly black, so they gave us new ones a little later. My order of bacon came out just right the first time but I did not receive it until after he sent his first batch back. The order of the food was weird. I got my pancakes first, and then he got his toast, eggs, and bacon. Then I got my eggs and bacon and then he got his french toast and then his second bacon order. I guess its a small establishment with minimal workers. I’m sure only one person was actually cooking. Several other people came behind us but I wasn’t paying attention to how/when their food came. In general the food was just okay. The burnt or overdone taste was kind of off putting. I ate everything but I was pretty hungry. When we walked in(around 8:40ish) we were the only ones there so I’m wondering if the griddle/grill was put on too hot when they opened. Another thing that irked me was the lack of napkins available. There were none on any of the service stations or on the tables so we had to ask for extra. Summary: –NO Decaf coffee!!! –NO whip cream available –NO napkins at hand for customers

This place is an amazing hidden secret. Every time I am downtown though, they are closed because they are not open on the weekends or in evenings. Finally, I had the chance to come here on a Thursday morning for breakfast and was very impressed! I ordered the Pancake Platter, which is two pancakes, two bacon or sausages, and two eggs any style. The cashier was very friendly, and the food arrived in a very timely manner. Everything was hot and fresh, and the portions were very fair for the price– the pancake platter is only $ 5.95! The pancakes were amazing, the sausages were great, and the eggs were as good as eggs can be. After walking through depressing Fulton Mall to get here, its a very inviting café with good people, food, and prices.

Great little café downtown. The breakfast menu will start your morning off on the right foot. I had the super breakfast burrito and a coffee and I left full and happy. The workers behind the counter were very nice and friendly, plus the place was very clean. Just a good experience.

This place can be easy to miss since it’s pretty small, but it’s right across from Take 3 and next to Peeve’s. Came here to try their Mushroom burger, and I thought it was pretty delicious. The patty itself seemed a bit thin, and could have been seasoned but the mushrooms and grilled onions were cooked great and they didn’t skimp on it. Fries were the basic generic types from the freezer section, and definitely not fresh cut in-house. The portion size of it was really small though. Prices were decent priced for the combos, but the menu shown on the pics are a bit outdated. Everything is like a dollar or two more than what is shown. Drink options were very limited, since half of it was out of order for some reason. Overall, it’s a good option to have in the Fulton mall and is worth to at least check out.

I work on the Fulton mall and decided to visit Parsley café…never again!!! I ordered a Fiesta salad $ 6.95 and requested the chips and dressing be on the side and for $ 1.00 more I received avocado on my salad. When I arrived at work with my lunch I was so disappointed… I received 12 small tortillas chip and a very small dressing and the avocado was sliced so thin and for my $ 1.00 I received 6 thin slices of avocado! the total cost for my lunch was $ 8.00 and some change which was a big rip off for what I received! I do not recommend this place at all.

Parsley garden café is a small piece of he an in the Fulton Mall. They are open for breakfast and lunch. I have had both the have great breakfast burrito with bacon in it or you can have it with sausage. The best thing about the breakfast burrito is their salads they give you on the side! I have had their chicken bacon club sandwich awesome!

I am shocked that I have not written a review for this place yet being that I’m here almost every day. This place is close to my job so I always get breakfast and lunch here. It’s literally a whole in the wall if you blink you might miss it — jk but seriously this place is nice, the atmosphere the people are always friendly. The food is awesome! Try the chicken bacon club, you’ll probably bite your finger off lol this place is a must if you are down town Fresno!!!

First of all, I created a Unilocal account *just* so I could review this awful place. I have lived in Fresno my entire life and had never heard of the Parsley Garden Café until I stumbled upon it on one of my walks. I’m a tired, new mom that was VERY excited to take my walk all the way to my local Farmers Market then try out Parsley Garden’s coffee and breakfast burrito on the way back. I entered the café and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere– reminded me of walking into one of my favorite café’s on Irving St. in San Francisco. My boyfriend walked in holding our small dog, and the lady immediately scolded us in a rude tone that dogs weren’t allowed. Understandable– I work at a Café with food and I know how important it is to keep up with health codes. I was surprised by how rude she came about with it, but forgot about it because I was eager to order. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, iced caramel mocha, and two breakfast burritos. Now, I’m no coffee connoisseur, but both iced coffee’s tasted like straight up half and half and syrup!!! I rarely complain, usually if I don’t like an overly sweet coffee i’ll take it home and add more coffee to it. I decided to politely let the lady know that the coffee was very sweet and if she could add more coffee to it. The lady rolled her eyes at me, and said«I put a whole shot of coffee in it, that is how we make it here… No one has ever complained before about our coffee and next time you come in i will charge for you this extra shot.» She proceeded to put a miniature shot of espresso in my two iced coffee’s. The kitchen is directly behind her, and three of her workers were laughing at me and muttering under their breath. I walked out with my iced coffee and it still tasted like straight up sugary half and half… and now I have a tummy ache. Boo! The breakfast burritos weren’t bad… I just will never go there again.

Nothing spectacular, but good simple food. The inside is surprisingly cute for being in the Fulton mall.

Pretty good for downtown Fresno. Parking is a problem… but if you work down here you can walk. Breakfast items are better than lunch. Best lunch items are the chicken salad sandwich and the mushroom burger. The salads are too small and not enough dressing provided.

I really like this place. It’s a small mom and pop shop hidden in Fulton mall. It’s very fast and delicious. Great for short lunches. I’ve been there several times and had the burger and fries. The price is a bit high but most places in Downtown Fresno have to be high because of the location. You can get a burger and fries for an average of 7 bucks. I went there this afternoon and had a chicken wrap and it was great! They offer: burgers, salads, sandwiches and coffee.

Today I headed down to the Fulton Mall to grab some food on my lunch break. I saw this little Café and decided to try it out. It didn’t look like much from the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped inside. The décor was really nice and warm, dare I say romantic. I got the chicken club burger, it was delicious. The fries were really good too, and a good deal for $ 5. My coworker got a sandwich and liked it, too. Great little diamond in the rough that is the Fulton Mall. I wish this business the best of luck and will return to support them.

Very good food at very fair prices. The reason for only 3 stars is the coffee was not hot and they were out of a lot if items. I had the chicken teriyaki burger, but they had no pineapple. They were willing to take 50 cents off because of it. I overheard more customers asking for things that they were out of. They need to stock all items on menu and make sure coffee is always hot. If they do that, I’ll change to 5 stars.

I agree with previous review, it’s nice to see downtown folks trying to make a comeback. Hopefully the city steps up to instead of trying to save a defunct museum. Now the restuarant is great. Good food, friendly atmosphere and a great staff. My new favorite breakfats place. Nice location in the Fulton Mall and very comfy inside.
