Pc’s To Go

Love this guy! Fair pricing and works hard to give you a good product backed up with great service. My daughter’s laptop needed to be sent back to the manufacturer and he not only gave her a loaner but backed her files up onto the loaner computer so she could do her school work. He has also helped me install and network computers at my office.

I am so glad I came to this shop. The man running the shop was able to correctly diagnose my computer unlike the previous shop which is Office Depot who told me my hard drive was damaged and could possibly not recover it. And they can’t see any of my important files or pictures. i was about to give up but then I read review about this shop with same problem that I had was fixed so I took my computer to his shop. My computer was up and running within a few hours and my pictures and my all office files was all saved and he did backup my files in case anything happens again.

A few weeks ago my dogs trampled my laptop and shattered my screen. I went to Best Buy and they gave me a quote of about $ 300 (which after doing the math found that it was a MASSIVE overcharge). I saw PC’s to go and decided to see how much it would be to get it done here. To my relief he was very friendly and told me he’d do it for roughly $ 140. Although it took longer than expected he did a wonderful job, and even fixed my bent charging pin for free without me even mentioning it.

Guy behind counter in blue shirt had load of attitude like he is some kind of celebrity. Place stinks like a hooka bar actually hooka bars don’t even smell that bad lol. Went to buy couple old ram modules he quoted me $ 40 higher price then what best buy told me. I thought BB was expensive. Logged on to eBay ordered some for $ 15 only lol

My friend brought his Sony laptop here, because his blu ray player won’t work for some reason. These people had his laptop for two months, not only did they not fix the problem, they changed the motherboard on his laptop, for unexplained reasons, and charged him $ 200 for it.
Oh, and they have an attitude of «I’m just minding the store, I don’t know anything about that, but let me make sure you don’t owe us anything». I was a witness to this statement, when my friend is picking up his computer, the person behind the counter knows that it wasn’t fixed but he made sure my friend paid for the service that they did not do!
Save your money and your time. This place is Incompetent at best, and fraud at worst. At the moment, my friend is deciding what legal matters he can take.
