We were staying at Holiday Inn and my husband needed pizza, like always. We ordered the bacon chicken artichoke pizza. It was very good! I totally recommend it.

I eat a lot of pizza from different places, this is my favorite place in Fresno. Their veggy pizza with ranch garlic sauce is delicious and I highly recommend it. Their delivery is great but eating there is even better. Service is also great and quick. Delivery time is pretty standard 45 minutes but I believe it’s worth it.

I don’t like pizza, I really don’t. But I was running out of options at 10:30 at night and decided to see what they had. Being a vegan I got the vegetarian pizza without cheese and what do ya know, that was one of the best foods I have ever eaten! I really did not expect the perfectly crunchy dough and the bountiful amounts of artistically placed delicious vegetable toppings! It was not oily in the slightest and had the perfect balance of flavors. Unfortunately I am not a food critic because if I was this place would go gourmet! And I was elated to see that they even had a meatless option! I will DEFINITELY go here again without a doubt and bring all of my friends! Thank you for existing!

The crust was good, but the pepperoni pizza was sooo greasy! There are no prices on the menu, my husband didn’t even know the total until he looked up the bank account on his phone. No descriptions on the menu board. We got a pepperoni and a combo(thunderbirds) and it had ham on it, which I can’t stand. If we had known it was on there then I would have told them no. The drink machine is cool, but my kids say that kind of machine is everywhere now so it wasn’t that big of a deal to them.

i grew up in a very small town where the only pizza place was a Pizza Factory franchise. when I realized there was one in Fresno I had to have it again. maybe it’s a nostalgic thing but no other pizza compares. I live in Tower and will drive across town should I be in the mood for pizza. the service often leaves something to be desired, but meh my love of pizza conquers all.

This is a great place to stop in for lunch(i go here on my break from work). So far my fave is the spaghetti with meatballs. They serve a really big portion of pasta, the meatballs aretasty and moist, and you get a lot of good garlic bread with it. The people working here have always been very friendly.

One large pizza. One cup of grease. No exaggeration at all. Two stars for the soda machine and the friendly staff. Grease. Lots of it. Whole cup. One pizza.

First time here and will not be back. I called in a order, I was hung up on twice which should have been my first clue . I pick up the pizza for all the way home and it was wrong, I called and no manager was on duty and said they don’t give away free pizza ??? Ummmmm my order was messed up and you can have the incorrect one back … So after she calls manager and he said it was fine to make me another, I show up and it’s wrong again !! ***Insanity****

The first time I went here, they screwed up my order, so I had to wait another 20 minutes. Since they are literally across the street, tonight, when I decided to order delivery since I had my knees replaced and some days they just hurt too much to go out, I saw that they were open until 11:00 p.m. I called before 10:00 p.m. and was told that even though I can see their restaurant from my window, they couldn’t deliver because the delivery guy is across town and won’t make it back in over an hour. Too bad, since I was willing to give them a second chance and they are my closest pizzeria. For mediocre pizza, I don’t know how they can afford to have so many screw ups. Guess I’ll see what else Fresno has as far as pizza goes.

Ordered delivery. Pretty good. Not great, but fair. Pizza toppings were fresh and vegetables were crisp. Crust, ordered thin, was thin but soggy. Puddles of oil underneath. Wings ordered plain with dipping sauces on the side. Chicken skin was also soggy like a wet napkin. Unpleasant feeling but taste was fine. Salad was half fresh, half wilted. Cucumber slices seemed frozen or old, so that would explain the wilted lettuce. In a pinch, I’d order from here again but probably not the thin crust. Maybe we have to order in to experience the wow factor of this place based on the other reviews. *shrug* Have to mention that I’m not from Fresno and I normally order pizza from Lamppost in OC. Not sure how comparisons diverge over distances and counties, but as it stands, I have better pizza and wings down in southern CA.

Super good pizza! If you go in to eat, they have a really cool soda machine that can make like a million different flavors. Super fun for kids! They also have a couple video games in the back that are also fun for kids. If you get delivery, the pizza has always been nice and hot when you get it. So far, this has been my 7 year olds favorite pizza place. The workers are really nice too. When we went in, it was a college kids working that were attentive and helpful. If you are looking for a family pizza place, this is the place

Sometimes when the urge hits for a salad bar, pizza and alone time near the office, I will duck out to the PF at this location. Pizza is good, salad bar is rotated and fresh most of the time. Of course the lunch deal is pretty good until you are charged $ 900 for a drink(ok, exaggerating… most places do that). I’d add another star if the beverage was tossed in for the deal but I still recommend for a quick lunch.

Food’s fine, nothing mind blowing, but they’re not the speediest. And they’ll ask you if you want certain things, i.e. cheese on your breadsticks or ranch on the side with your BBQ pizza, without telling you the extra charge.

Poor to quite poor. How can you have a lunchtime Pizza buffet with no pizza? Tried to charge me the kid buffet price for my under-2 toddler. Waited ten minutes for the first pizza to hit the buffet at 1pm. I would have understood if they had just opened at 10:30. But they had people actively eating in the restaurant. Well I guess they weren’t eating since there was no actual food. Salad bar was lackluster to say the least. lettuce was iceberg all with the pinkish color for being old and wilted. Oh yeah, and health department needs to be aware, this buffet does not provide you clean plates to get second helpings. They expect you to use your dirty plate with your germs on it every time potentially passing germs to other customers. Disgustingly substandard. Poor food. Nonexistent service. Do not go!

Make sure you ask if there’s an extra charge before asking for anything. Ask for a cup of water to take with my to go order and they charge for it. With my free breadsticks they ask with or without cheese, I said with, until he gave me a total. Why ask if there’s an extra charge.

Pizza factory has always been one of my favorite pizza places. Mainly because it’s consistently good at every location I’ve tried. Kinda pricey compared to other places — not really worth the price. But it’s good on occasion.

This was our first visit so we let the girl taking our order know. She didn’t seem interested just walked away and said I’ll give you a few minutes. So we played it safe and got a pepperoni pizza and salad bar. The pizza was good and the salad was decent. I wish I would’ve Unilocaled them before I came in because as I was waiting I asked to use the check in deal but unfortunately you have to use it when you order(the place was empty) and then when I asked for a receipt they said they don’t give them. 3 stars for the pizza but I probably won’t be back

I got a large Combination Pizza here the other week and felt compelled to come on Unilocal to write a thorough review of what I thought. At first, I was a little hesitant being that Pizza come a dime a dozen here in Fresno and I tend to eat healthy these days. So if I go out for pizza, I hope it’s damn good. Well, needless to say, it was not too shabby. Environment: Soon as I walk in, I was greeted. Not a happy greeting, but more like«Damn, I worked an 8 hour shift in this hot kitchen» type greeting. I don’t blame them. At least it wasn’t some fake greeting. I don’t need none of that shit. They tried their damnedest to make this place kid/family friendly, but it’s no Chuck E. Cheese. They got a couple really shitty arcade games to kill time until the pizza arrives and keep the kids occupied. They have two big screen t.v.‘s. They had on Wolverine when I went in. I might recommend them to lower the temp a little. It was about 105 outside, but damn, it felt like a little above 85 in there. It was warm, not very comfortable. I’m not trying to sweat while I eat my pizza, although that wouldn’t be a bad idea as I’d be sweating teh fat/calories consumed from said pizza. Other than that, the place was clean. Well maintained. Tables were a little sticky but that’s just me being picky. Food: It was good. Not the greatest, but not the worst. I like the fact that everything is fresh from the vegetables to the meats to the cheese. Even the dough is made fresh. You can tell from the taste and I was also watching them prep it. When I took my first bite, the cheese stretched out like good, melted mozzarella should. The veggies were crunchie. Meats were chewy and tasty. I will admit, i’m a pizza snob and if it wasn’t for that, I would rate this pizza a 10. But i’ve had good pizza and been spoiled. I am still on my quest to find that pizza. Price: I paid 16 bucks for a large. It was a special. Normally it’s 18 bucks so with tax, probably come out around 20. Quite pricey imo. But hey, compare this with Costco and it’s premade toppings and mediocre mozz for 10 and the extra 6 is no biggie. 10 is pushing it. They should drop the price a little imo. Keep it that way so customer’s can keep coming in supporting local instead of elsewhere. Overall Experience: I would recommend this place to try out at least once. You might like it. You might not. But it’s definitely worth a try. But I would order take out and eat in the comfort of your domain.
