Pizza Hut

Not a bad place to come for lunch when you come in a group. We came in a group of four during our two hours lunch before heading back to class.
The cashier gave us the menu as we walked up to the counter and completed our orders as soon as he could. Only mistake he made was he forgot to input our brownies that we got. Otherwise, he gave me two free extra ranch, which is good because they are $ 0.54 each and jalapeño being $ 0.81!
The ladies’ restroom didn’t have any bathroom hygiene supplies so, we went to the men’s restroom, of course. The food came in less than 10 minutes. The pizza was very good and cheesy! Our cashier provided cups for us since we bought the 2 L soda.
Overall, our experience was good! The place is tidy and open. Not a bad experience with this one and we are looking forward to returning!
Ps: Medium pizza are $ 6.99 ANY TOPPING! :)

Placing an order online was easy, BUT getting it delivered was a BIG disappointment. Being at work, we are not allow to answer our personal phone. It did not indicate online ANYWHERE that a phone call will be made to confirm my order. I accepted the online confirmation as a CONFIRMATION, so because they called and I was not aware of them calling, they automatically cancelled my order. They did ask to replace my order if I would like, but it was past my lunch time. There was no point in reordering. I would like to suggest indicating it on the confirmation page that a phone call will be made in order for a delivery to come through.

Recently I placed an order by phone with Katrina. This order was for delivery since we were watching a soccer game. I ordered the Fantasy Football Draft Deal. When I received my order it was something completely different, it was the Dinner box. I had detailed what came in the deal and the pricing. The driver arrived and I mistakenly sent another person to pay therefore they didn’t know the order. I called back to let them know and yes, they did give me my order afterall but before having to wait another 45 minutes. I said it would be okay but why did I have to wait when they made that mistake? Also they couldn’t just switch my order by crediting me what I had paid from the previous order I still had to pay a balance of less than $ 2.00. Wow really they couldn’t let that go? No, because it would cause their drawer to be unbalanced. But you made the mistake? Okay?! So, I didn’t want to keep rattling we were just trying to get our food, eat and of course we gladly paid the balance. Must admit that at least the food was fine compared to the previous order which had burnt bread! Also the driver David did not have the best customer service. I was already upset then his «cheerfulness» didn’t help ether.

Never correct! The toppings where wrong and when we had delivery she forgot the soda so the pizza was cold. Tried to do a pick up order to give it another chance and it was burned… No more chances

Their pizza taste good but I think they use expired ingredients because this is the only pizza place that gives me stomach problems

While visiting one of my franchise offices on Fresno st, i decided to purchase lunch for my team. I ordered 2 pizzas online. The online ordering was super easy & i saved money. To my surprise the food was ready in under 15 minutes during lunch hour.
The facility was clean and staff friendly. The ranch and jalapeños were a bit over priced but whatever.
I myself have not eaten Pizza Hut since around my senior year in high school (98) and was pretty excited to dig in. The taste and quality however proved different.
Sauce was bland, mushrooms tasted like rubber and bread extra greasy (yuck!)
I manage to only eat 2 slices of the ham and pineapple (hand tossed) pizza. The pepperoni pan dish was absolutely disgusting. We ended giving the pizza to a bum on the corner.
Aside from easy online ordering I won’t be eating Pizza Hut for another 16 years.

Love this place. Never eat in, usually call and pick up or they deliver. They take less than 30 mins. Everything is always delivered hot and fresh. Order is always accurate. And their customer service is always great!

This was my most miserable lunch ever.
I work nearby and I was craving pizza. Decided to just grab a small pizza. I ordered, sat down, and immediately noticed it was probably 90 degrees in this place. I realize that it was a hot day but there was zero air conditioning. All of the booths were mismatched. Half the tables were dirty. It was pretty bad.
I decided that I’d rather sit in my car with the A/​C than sit there with no A/​C so when the pizza came I asked for a box. Waited… ate a piece of pizza… waited…another piece… sweating profusely… no box. Finally I just got up and left. The two pieces of pizza I had were not the worst I’ve ever had which would be the only reason to give this place a single star, I realize that it’s not the best part of town but it is right off the freeway so it would be convenient for travelers looking for a quick bite. However, this is a ghetto pizza parlor and I won’t be a return customer.

Never had a problem, I’ve always ordered online and picked up when the time allocated me to pick up my pizza. Every time I come in to pick up my order this place is always packed with families enjoying their dinner. Seems like they are doing a great job. Lobby was clean, customers seemed happy, and the employees seemed mellow and not overly stressed. The person helping me she was extremely nice. Very helpful even offered to help me carry my pizzas and drinks to my car but it’s alright I’ve managed this far as a pregnant. She was a doll actually. The pizza my little sister ordered wasn’t all that great because of the items she choose to be on their but the quality of the pizza never changes. Still my favorite and will always be one of my favorites. Pan crust with extra sauce. DELISH! And not to mention free choose between cinnastixs, garlic bread or cheese breads for my birthday i choose the cinnastixs. It was on point! Hit the spot after 2 slices of pizzas, the refreshing and crisp cup of pepsi and dessert that was perfectly made to end a perfect dinner. Keep up the good work with the awesome staff!

This review is for the manager at Pizza Hut. Everyone who has delivered has been great thus far.
It’s late on a Friday night, a little hungry. I live downtown so my options are pretty limited when it comes to pizza delivery. Order pizza online. Make the mistake of entering the wrong phone number by one digit (I’m tired, I work long hours– oh well). Realize the pizza doesn’t come within the allocated delivery time and call the number listed for Pizza Hut. Explain to the person on the other end that I had entered my number incorrectly by one digit when I reviewed the confirmation email. Get an extremely rude, unnecessary answer from the manager, blaming me for what had happened. Clearly I made a mistake, it’s not the END OF THE WORLD.
All in all, I gave the delivery girl a tip and told her that her manager is rude and sassy. Hope you hire a new manager, Pizza Hut! I take care of dying people, a mistaken phone number is not the end of the world! I am PAYING YOU to feed me, give me a damn break!

Tried to order a delivery. Answered by an out of state call center after the recording told me how much they value my business for ten minutes. She said if I didn’t know the zip code, no delivery pizza. Enjoying Dominos instead. Suggest you do the same!

I’m looking for the best wings in Fresno. When my buddy said that we needed to try their new wings I was apprehensive as I am familiar with their pizza and not a big fan. As a man dedicated to science I figured we must try these wings just to be objective.
Lets just say that the wings were better than I expected. They weren’t very big, but they were tender and had decent flavor.
If you’re at a party and they order Pizza the Hut, feel free to add an order of wings in there and you won’t throw them away with the pizza once you take a bite.
