I love pottery barn. I am so glad Fresno has a store location for me to go look at things, ask questions, and get inspired! Everyone is always so helpful when I shop there, too. I am usually always greeted as I walk in, «welcome to pottery barn!»
I love shopping the sale areas here. They typically have pretty good deals. They are also helpful in terms of letting you know when your favorite item goes on sale. If you join their ‘clienteling’ log, they will actually call or email you when something goes on sale or promo. I think that is so wonderful. Their in-home services are also amazing. They have a handful of excellent interior designers on staff, ready to go with any questions you may have. The best part about that is their service is free! Totally complimentary!
I just want to say thank you for always giving me superb customer service. This store is always so inviting!

Ordered a piece of furniture to have delivered to my house. EXPECT TO WAIT ALL DAY. they gave me a time frame and did not show. I had to call to check on my order. The customer service clerk was also unprofessional. There was a lot of chatter in the background as if she was in the car. They also never apologized for running late and making me wait all day.

We bought a TV console here as well as getting some baskets for it another visit and both times they took their time with us checked the inventory and sizes, both times they were very helpful and not pushy

Sometimes I roam Pottery Barn and get ideas for the season or pick up the must haves and the I can’t live withouts. I just love getting home and displaying the pretty things. Oh! Check out the new flameless candles… I used to think these were kind of cheesy, but these are quite lovely and very realistic.
It was time for new bedding, duvet cover, shams, bed skirt… the whole thing. I love spending money here! My house is beginning to look like a Pottery Barn catalog.

You’d think they never seen hispanic people in this PB. I am outraged at how an employee followed me around the store while I was browsing. He could have asked me if I needed help and played off his racist antics. Dont shop here if you’re not white … You will lose your faith in humanity.
