Clean and relaxing salon. Stacy did my hair so beautifully that I was completely shocked. A rare gem buried in the corner of marks and herndon. I suggest you check this place out.
Stacey took her time with my hair and gave it the loving care it desperately deserved for a while! Love the color — and the cut. I never thought that my hair could be cut that way. (My hair is normally wavy to curly and very frizzy) she tamed it and did magic.
The color … Too beautiful. I was nervous because most times when I wanted my red hair back and for it to be more natural (I am a dark auburn) — it always came out horrible and making me mortified. But this. Beautiful. Love the layers and blended color. Blonde/​red. Just excellent and speechless. Come by and see Stacey!

Merlin is excellent ! He does an amazing job !! He is definitely passionate about what he does. He also makes you feel good in the inside. Merlin is a rock star stylist! Seriously. I’ve been his client for more than 10 years, and the new salon is fab. The whole salon has a relaxed but upscale feel; the staff is very welcoming. Merlin will do the best for your hair in this climate– nothing crazy. Real style for real people and nothing you can’t replicate later. I just had a balayage highlight done with my trim and it’s awesomely on trend. Highly recommend.

Second time going there, first time there since the new owner took over. I’ve had 2 different stylist (Natasha and Osa) do my hair (color and cut). Both did a great job. Both times I left happy. They called to confirm my appointment which is a good reminder for me. Upon my arrival, I was politely greeted with a smile and offered coffee/​water. Both ladies I had were very friendly and talkative to me (which I like). The owner even made her rounds to make sure people were satisfied. She even gave me some sample products.

I love this place! They do it right and treat you well! If there’s even the slightest problem, the owner will make sure it’s perfect! Make sure to see Stacie or Erika!

One of the ladies was suppose to do my hair and she was not even going to tell me that she was going to cancel my appointment. Telling your customer at 2AM that you cant do their hair the morning of the appointment is unprofessional. I dont even want to try primp now. My first experience was not a good one.

I went in to cut my hair today for the first time at Primp and was absolutely amazed by the service I received. The atmosphere at the salon was very welcoming. Most importantly, Kaylene exceeded all my expectations. She went above and beyond. Not only did she cut my hair, she perfectly styled it as well. I absolutely LOVE how my hair looks and feels. She is such a sweetheart too! I’m definitely coming back. If any of you are considering getting your hair done at Primp, ask for Kaylene! She is incredible and this is coming from a very picky customer (I’m very particular about how my hair is done). Honestly, if I could give more stars I would.

Erika started doing my hair 6 months ago and I’ll never let anyone else do it again she does an amazing job every time and works with me for low maintence styles and affordable prices! I Highly recommend her!

AWESOME PLACE! I had my color/​highlights and a gel manicure done by Stacie Rodriguez. My gel has lasted without chipping and my color was exactly what I wanted! Will be returning for sure
