Quest Diagnostics

Fast and prompt. Friendly staff, the usual Quest Diagnostics. Wished they were open on the weekend, folks work.

Called for an appointment for the next day at 9:30 am on January 7. Arrived at 9:20 and expected to wait a while but promptly at 9:30 I was summoned. Megan was the phlebotomist, found a vein easily (and the blood bank tells me mine are crooked and hard to find), and was finished at 9:35. Great service.

If you have an appointment you will be done within 20 minutes. I have went in without an appointment a few times and usually takes about 45 mins to an hour. They usually do their best to get everyone in and out. If you are lucky you will get Joy. She is friendly, effiecient, and hilarious… She makes my visit feel harmless!

Horrible service. First off, they do take walk ins, but the priority is on the appointments. When i came in without an appointment, I was told it would be 45 minutes or longer. So i pulled out my phone and scheduled an appointment a hour away. When i told the phelobotamist slash receptionist, she moved ever so slower. 45 minutes into my wait, they asked for my insurance info… I was seen for a basic blood fasting blood panel after a 1 hour and a half wait.
As much as I’d like to stay angry and frustrated, I was greeted by a phlebotomist name Diana who let me know that it was busy but she provided excellent customer service. She’s the only reason why my rant of quest lab has a sweet ending.
For anyone needing blood work my best advice to you dash making appointments and be there 30 minutes early!

Appointment at 2:00pm arrived at 1:50 was out the door at 2:03 so I didn’t wait at all and the lady who took my blood had a gentle hand so it didn’t even hurt!

If I could give it a negative star, I would. I’ve been here for an hour & 44 mins & I’m not even close to being called. They are extremely rude but I guess that’s to be expected with the amount the ppl waiting, they are bound to be stressed out. They need to hire more than 2 ppl.
