Well first impression customer service from the guy working sucks he is acting like it’s a hassle that we are here to buy boots. I would have to say if it weren’t for the fact that my husband had to come here and get boots for the company he works for then I would have been straight out the door to a different place.

One start for bad customer service. Im sure the guy who was on 7÷14÷2015 at 9:30 am is not the owner. I was ready to spend $ 200.00 on my new work shoes the guy who was there was really rude probably because im Brown, the guy was setting on a chair and he never left the chair to pay attention to me. Only 2* thing he said in 10 min I was there «what you see is what we have we don’t have anything else » I had the feeling the didn’t want me on the store. I pull a pair of shoes that I liked and I asked for my size and he said with a rude voice «we don’t have it »

I purchased a nice pair of pull on boots here from a very nice saleswoman. I’ve been happy with the boots and they’ve been comfortable and durable.

I called to check the price of a pair of shoes. I gave the name and the number of the shoe. I was quoted $ 260. When I got there I was told they looked up the wrong number and the shoe was $ 310. Luckily I went on Black Friday and they were offering 20% off. But, I thought I would be getting 20% off $ 260. These were going to be a Christmas gift to my son. When I paid to have them ordered, they asked if my son had shopped there before, I said yes, that is how I know what size and style. They said okay we’ll put it in his file. I told them NOT to call him when they come in, as they are a gift. They assured me they would not. Well, I get a call from them that they are in. BUT they also called my son and left a message on his phone that his shoes are in. When I called and asked why they did that her reply was «Well, we got like 100 pair of shoes in today». I told her I don’t care if you got 500, I asked that you NOT call him. Of course, all she could say is «Sorry». Two issues with one pair of shoes, does not sit well with me.
