Team Hovde is awesome. They helped my wife and I get our home, but that was the easy part. Before this one, we submitted countless offers on other homes and looked at twice as many. Rip was extremely patient and would flat out tell us, «if it ain’t right, it ain’t right. Next.» When we finally found the house that was right, Rip met us at the house first thing in the morning so we could be the first to submit an offer on the 12 hour old listing. They make it easy and care about their clients and just just pocketing another commission.

Rip sold me my house in Clovis. It was a foreclosure, thus a lot of work. He never complained and was always helpful and honest. He also has really good ideas about how to make things work in terms of decorating and renovating.
I recommend Rip and Diana.
