Place is great. Thy have everything you would need in your pantry as well as your refrigerator. However let’s hope that wallet is looking as healthy as celery because you’re going to be dropping cash like there is a hole in your pocket. They have unnecessarily high prices. They easily make up for it with customer service though. It’s like a win lose kinda thing. I’d rather get treated like crap at winco and walk out of there with enough cash left over to take the old ball and chain out to Olive Garden, but that’s just me.

Expensive here but clean. Nice enviroment and a nice deli. This is an average pricy grocery store to me with a lot of other options of food choices near by if your looking for lunch. I would rather go else where unless I want a cake made. :-)

Their customer service has to be the worst. I was in there today, the casher never greeted me because he was to busy talking with the customer in front of me who he had already checked out. The bagger was reading my newspaper I had purchased and not bagging my goods, had to wait for him because he was talking with another employee two check stands away. All the employees talk with each other every time it go there which is not much. I have lived by this store for 11 years and learned not to do my major shopping there. Customers are everything, their management really needs to change their staff it has always been bad.

This is my go-to Save Mart. Even though there are three Save Marts within a few miles of my house, this is my favorite. The parking lot is large and easy to maneuver, unlike the one at West and Bullard. The store is easy to navigate and easy to find items unlike the huge store at Herndon and Milburn.
This store carries items I cannot get at the West and Bullard store. The clerks are polite and competent. The store is clean. My only complaint is with their frozen items, and this is with all of the Save Marts. The stores seem to have a problem keeping the freezers at the right temperature.

Used to be an awesome Save Mart. The people they have now just don’t seem to care. Tried to ask for help but instead I was talked down to. She made it very clear my inability to find an item was a horrible strain on her day.
Decided to leave without buying anything since I apparently was not wanted.

Save Mart on Marks and Herndon is the best grocery store in Fresno. I never go to any other store.
