Good prices, friendly sales people, nice furniture. The Only complaint I have is with the delivery people. They didnt wear shoe covers and dirtied my floors. Also one of them wet my brand new couch. I think they wet it with sweat but I cant be sure what it was… gross. Have to watch them… I wish I had shoe covers but they should know to bring their own.

Good inventory and prices but terrible delivery. Charge $ 50 for Fresno delivery and can only deliver in day time during the week in Fresno. Must wait until following Saturday for my $ 2,000 purchase. Gone are the days of buying and receiving furniture items in the same day.

It has been 8 months now since they delivery my furniture to my house. Upon arrival we notice a rip on the bottom left of our sofa. Delivery guys said that they would get a replacement for us as soon as they return to warehouse and checked inventory for the same color and style. As I called the next day to check in on availability of my replacement they responded, «it is in back order, since we no longer carry that sofa.» Ok, understandable right, so I mention to the warehouse person please keep me inform on the arrival and delivery of my sofa. Month after month I have called and the only answer they have is, «it is in back order, it is in back order,» with no clue when sofa will be ready. Disappointing part is that no one tends to reach me and inform me of status what so ever, I am the one calling and asking for an update every time. I really don’t pursue negative reviews, but when customer experience is so mistreated, especially for a company that abides to believing that customer experience is number one priority they have not really keep up to their word. As off now, still no call on availability of my sofa.
