While the staff was friendly and hoped to be helpful, I arrived at home to find that the product I bought not only worked poorly for what I wanted to do, but also costs 2−3x as much as what appears to be the going rate for the product. It’s my fault for not doing more research and for allowing myself to have an impulse buy, but seriously doesn’t make me want to go back for products in this brick and mortar, as much as I’d like to support my community.

It is unfortunate to see a place where the employees are enthusiastic and helpful but are being told to practice in bait and switch tactics. You can buy an overpriced piece where you can see a cheaper price under the sticker ($ 7.00 cheaper) and be asked to pay and additional amount because it is priced differently in the system. They aren’t the only pipe shop in town and I hope they recover from whatever binge the shop is on because in the past they’ve done better.
