I take my dad here to the Spine and Ortho and it is an excellent medical office. The receptionists here are always kind and courteous. Ms. Hilda up front is always kind and friendly whether on the phone or in person. On our first visit my dad needed x-Rays and they had Fabian take him back I went to because my dad speaks very little English and they were very gracious with this. Fabian was awesome he made him feel very relaxed and comfortable. Josephine is the nurse or maybe she’s the MA? who takes care of my dad she gives him his shots, BP, etc… and asks him how he’s doing before his dr, Dr Nugent sees him. She rocks!!! From what my dad says the doc himself is good. And we’re halfway through with treatment!!!

Every phone call gets put on hold, whether or not there are any calls ahead of them. They are quick to ask for the co-pay, but if you ask about how come it’s taking so long to see the doctor, they patronize you as if they brought you up themselves.
our appointment was at 9, we get there at 845, 3 other people show up after us, and they get seen first. 1 hour later, I asked the receptionist and she says that they all had appointments ahead of us. Really? They show up AFTER we do, get seen first? So all 3 had appointments from 845 – 9?! Crazy
