I give this store a 5 star rating only due to the fact Noe, a phone tech specialist switched to this location. Of everyone I have ever dealt with at Sprint, Noe has always taken care of my phone tech needs. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied and leave with a smile on their face. However, the customer service at this location has always been horrible. So 5 stars for Noe!

I went in today to have them order my replacement after the clovis store messed up on it. I explain to him the issues. First the camera isn’t working correctly and second the volume button was sticking. The guy(Noe Carranza) who helped me out fixed the volume button but said that camera was workinh fine. He said it just takes some time to auto focus. I have had this phone for almost 8 months and it never did that. I tried to tell him to order me order phone just like clovis store did and he said and walked away. Horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend sprint to anyone.

I went into this Sprint location today after I called to get a replacement phone after I broke my screen. When we walked through the front door, a man came up and asked what we were coming in for. I shared my story with him and he told me to wait just a few minutes for someone to help. I waited for 45 minutes before a salesman came up and then it took him 2 minutes to tell me that they can fix anything but broken screens. And before I left, the guy tried to sell me a tablet! I’ll do everything online from now on. Thanks dude with the Mohawk
