Starbucks

The location is very convenient. I just don’t like how they do things on this location. I ordered online and I was expecting my drink to be out and ready but since I Didn’t see my drink out of the front I waited about 10 minutes before asking them. Waiting wasn’t a problem for me but the fact that when the lady handed me my frap drink, she didn’t even considered that the drink is already melted. I was expecting that she would make a newer one since its been sitting there already melted, but I guess they don’t care. Still love my Starbucks drink (:

Stopped by here to get a Carmel Ribbon Crunch frap. Instead they gave me something close to what I ordered, but not what I wanted. Very disappointed.

Hooray! Another Starbucks! At least they didn’t go on and on about the $ 11K Clover machine like they do in Dublin. Hell, I don’t even know if they have one, and that’s a-​okay by me. Ordered a caramel macchiato and it was just what I expect from what is essentially the McDonald’s of the coffee industry — reliable.
I did use my Starbucks card on my phone for the first time, and that went well, so there’s a bonus for ya. Otherwise, it’s a Starbucks.

You know this place is great when I live 3 minutes from a Starbucks on milburn and drive those extra minutes to this one instead. Everyone here is always so nice and friendly. They are fast and they haven’t messed up any of my orders and on top of that they make sure you have the little things that are needed like napkins or when you buy a hot beverage they actually put the green stick in e lid to prevent hot magma coffee from spilling onto your lap when drive and making turns (since it’s always filled to rim)

This location is one of my favorites. Right off the 99 and Herndon, it’s very accessible. There’s a drive thru, and they’re fast and efficient. The inside is large and always clean. Easy access to the street, and not that busy. I would recommend this location anytime.

This Starbucks is is constantly slower than any other I’ve ever been to. The drive through clerks I have encountered are rude, short, and plain bad.

Nice location: off 99/​Herndon so it’s a plus that you don’t have to fight the traffic in and out of the city.
Pros:
— Free wifi like all others
— large/​spacious area to study and hang out. they also have large table, which is good if you have a group meeting.
— a good mix of arm chairs and small tables for self-​study
— parking is great
— lots of outdoor seating
— clean.
Cons:
— can get loud sometimes b/​c of the trafffic in/​out of starbucks (it’s expected)
— store music is too loud some times so it can get distracting if youre trying to listen to your own music, etc.
Overall, this is a good spot to go to if you need wifi and need to get in some work.

The two chicks working had ZERO personality. The bathroom looked worse than a rest stop RR. There were no supplies, trash everywhere & bloody tissue in the toilet. What’s worse is that the employee had walked out right before we used it. The chick behind the counter was RUDE & not helpful w/​questions. The frap was good but dirty RR’s & rude employees run off customers. No excuses since the place was empty. They’re lucky I don’t name them since they’re in the Unilocal pics. Worst Starbz experience ever. Blah!

Have been here twice in the last week. I was very displeased with the customer service both times. Very rude employees here. They seemed so unhappy. Not something I expect from a Starbucks.

I have to begin by saying that I LOVE the location of this Starbucks. I love how it is right off the freeway and you can’t get a better spot than that. I go to this location a lot because I live in Kerman and this is the only location that is on my way into Fresno with a drive-​thru. When I first started going here I noticed that it wasn’t ever really busy, which is no problem for me since I’m a pretty impatient person to begin with. I always get my order promptly although the last 4 times I have gone something has been wrong with my order. Don’t get me wrong… I understand the occasional mistakes happen but it seems as though each time I go to this location the service lacks more and more. One time they not only forgot the sweetener in my coffee but they also forgot a spoon for my oatmeal… with not being able to come up with a way to eat my oatmeal without a spoon, I had to travel back and get one. Yesterday I went in and ordered an iced drink… the drink had so little ice that by the time I got around the corner it was melted. I’ve also noticed when I actually go in to the store to order there usually isn’t anyone up at the front and it seems as though the staff has to draw straws at who is going to help me. I will more than likely be traveling to the Milburn location for now on since it seems as though the service is dropping at this one.

Great location off Herndon near the 99 entrance/​exit. They have a drive-​thru and WiFii (great to download some tunes before getting back on the road).
