Usually i never have a problem with this location. But you can hear the workers talking shit. Seriously? How UNPROFESSIONAL is that?!!

No rest room as it is walk up /drive thru only establishment. Service is standard Starbucks quality. Parking is fair to adequate. If you are looking for a quick Bucks fix this place is for you but if your looking to hang then keep moving. They do have free wifi.

this used to be my go-to location, but a couple rounds of the brush off at the walkup window, no more. there’s another location a minute or two away(that you can walk IN to, and has a drivethru) that’ll get my business instead. apparently you’re expected to know the walk up hours face the street, even though the order window is on the side, even though they aren’t readable in the dark. all the furniture was still out both times… first time they looked at me, then continued on like i wasn’t there. after 5 minutes i gave up. second time, same thing, so after a couple minutes i knocked on the window, and they yell through the closed window at me to go to the drivethru, can’t i read the hours. attitudes used to be much better, but this location has gone way downhill. thanks for pushing me to find other ways to get my caffeine fix.

So today is the day that Starbucks and I break up. There comes a moment where you just step back and realize the relationship is over. After years of long lines and spending more money than should be paid for coffee, I am done. Today, when it all started, I was optimistic… I pulled into the drive through after careful calculation for the amount of time to leave myself to still make it to work on time and there was no line. Placed my order. Got up to the window to pay and receive my drink and was politely informed that the gal that took my order was unaware they didn’t have the Valencia to make the refresher. Kudos to the guy at the window(I’m sure the gal that took my order didn’t want to face me and tell me so they had this guy do it). He was polite, sincere, and made other recommendations instead of the drink I had had my heart set on. I tried to process if I was being irrational, but decided no, I wasn’t. Had I known the Valencia was unavailable at the order window I could have easily processed through that disappointment and made an alternate selection… But I really had a hard time hearing it when I got to the window to pick it up. It was like a tease and I was so excited to pick up my addictive drink… Only to find it was a «just kidding moment.» Because there are two Starbucks on my route to work, I slowly drive by the other one but I couldn’t even get there if I had wanted to(it’s on Tulare St and morning traffic for those making their way to the freeway prevent any chance of making a left turn into the parking lot. I considered going around and coming in another way. I glanced at my clock and had just enough time. But one look at the drive through line indicated to me it was a lost cause. So today Starbucks, I will be stopping by to give you back what is apparently yours(the last 5.55 in my Starbucks app –I’m assuming I couldn’t just ask for that back) and enjoy one last drink with you. I actually have a date with two others this week … mcDonalds tomorrow(he’s not so high maintenance and more affordable) and Dutch bro on Sunday. It was fun. Best of luck.

How dumb! Super hot coffee and they hand it to me without a cup sleeve! I ask the latin girl working there and she says«oh, were low on them » honestly your freaken rich business and for clients safety cover your ass get sleeves! Plus their customer Services are not cheery n delightful like the other locations!

This location always gets my order wrong although I order the same thing each time. I only drink non fat milk but I’ve called them out on the few times as i watched them put whole milk in my drink assuming since they are really busy but yet they should make every order the way you like it. They made faces each time like it bothers them to pour it out and put the right stuff in the drink. Get it right the first time! ! I went thru the drive thru today and yup, wrong again. … They lost my business.

DONOTGOHERE!!! The team is horrible. Horrible horrible service. The store manager is so rude. She rolls her eyes at everyone. And the guy manager the bald one… he is such a DIVA. Just cause your in downtown does not mean you shouldn’t have some class, you are Starbucks for god sake!

This is my favorite local Starbucks. There are two Starbucks that are closer to me, but I will always come to this one. They are fast(even with a line), friendly, and get my order right every single time. They only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is that this location is drive-thru or walk-up window only. There is no indoor area to relax, but there are tables and chairs on their little patio outside. I normally just use the drive-thru and head back to work, so I don’t mind at all but if you like to sit inside for a while and enjoy your beverage, you’ll need to go to another location.

When I lived in Fresno in 2007⁄8 and when I visit now, I go to this Starbucks for 3 reasons. 1. They have a drive through. 2. They usually get my drink right. 3. Most importantly… I have a huge crush on one of their baristas. She is the one of undetermined ethnicity(black, black/Latina, South Asian???). She often asks what music Im bumpin and always leaves me with a smile. If only…
