Save your money and time. They will take your money and then not give you a decision on your approval or turndown. They will keep you on the fence making you wait a week or more for a desicion while they surf for alternate applications. I am more than qualified for the small price they are asking for the property I backed out of based upon there lack of abilty to rent a home.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! READ THE NOT RECOMMENDED REVIEWS! They never show up to appointments and have no intention on getting you in that property!!! Eric Pelovelo is a joke of an «agent» didnt show to our appointment, then told me where the keys were so that I could get in myself; when I tried, there was someone in there that did not live there! I left the keys and ran out of that situation! All he said was sorry! He did not offer to show me the property again or apologize for not showing, or for the weirdo that was hiding in the house. All they want to do is collect application fees. The one time an agent did show up to an apptment (1 hour late) He told me the property was actually leased weeks before! THEN WHY DID HE SET THE APPTMENT and have me miss work!?? I have tried renting from Strategic countless times and thought I just had bad luck, now I know this company is one fat joke! BEWARE!

DO NOT RENT FROM STRATEGIC PROPIRTY MANAGEMENT!!! They will tell you any lie and make any false promise needed to get you to rent a home with no intentions of follow through. Their website says repair or made within 2 days and minor repairs made within 2 weeks, just more lies!!! Ive been in my home for 2 weeks now and they still have not fixed ANY of the things that were promised to be fixed right away including the fireplace falling right out of the wall and 4 sprinklers pouring water and eating away the front yard (but they expect me to put the water in my name yea thats not happening!) Then when I said i didnt think i was gonna take the house because my fridge was to large to fit in the area the agent promised to get me a fridge with an ice maker that would fit but that didnt happen either instead the told me 3 different delivery date so that by the time the fridge arrived i was already moved into the home and given away my fridge there was absolutly nothing i could do when i received a small apartment sized fridge that i cant even fit a bag of ice in!!! When i finnaly reached the area supervisor didney portiz he tells me his agents (mike vera) lies are my problem not his and i can tell you there was no surprise upon hearing what was told to me. It is common practise for their agents to lie their butts off and i do beleived even encouraged by the company!!!
