If the customer service was better I would give more stars but because they were so rude, not just one worker but all 3, I am only giving 1 star, where is the customer service these days.

Clean place. Not to busy @ 3 pm. Tried the Flatizza pizza thing. Square shaped small pizza that costs $ 3. Not impressed. Tastes like a made from scratch pizza, from your home.

One of the worst subways I have ever been to. Really skimpy on toppings, you ha e to ask for extra 3 times before you get what most Subways put on normally. Rude behind counter. This is after 2 days in a row with the same experience. I will try the one further down the street. This one will no longer get my business.

This location gets really crowded at lunchtime. And, to be honest, for some reason I got really nauseated when I started eating the sandwich. All the toppings fell out, and they put so much oil on it the bread and toppings were soggy. And it took me 20 minutes because the lady in front of me order like 10 footlongs. I know that isn’t the restaurant’s fault, but they had 3 people working behind the counter, and they were REALLY slow and would ask over and over the same questions about which cheese, do you want it toasted, which toppings… like they were so overwhelmed that they couldn’t remember what you just said…

My office is within walking distance of this place so I’ve been there enough to know that the service is consistently bad. Most of my coworkers were regulars when the shop first opened, but we’re beginning to shy away and seek alternatives since the place has noticeably gone downhill. During the lunch hour the staff tend to herd you like cattle constantly asking you to «squeeze in» so they can take an order from the next customer in line. The result is your sandwich being hurried by the staff putting on the veggies and sauces. You literally have to argue with them to make your sandwich right, and are usually responded to with rolling eyes and/or agitated sighs, especially if you’re dealing with the short and young Hispanic woman who works there. If that wasn’t bad enough, the tomatoes during the middle of summer are green and sad looking(um, it’s the height of the growing season in the middle of the breadbasket of the world and that’s the best you can do?) and the cucumbers are usually so dried out looking that I can only assume they were cut up days earlier and left out for considerable periods of time. I know this is a Subway, and expectations should not be high to begin with. However, like many people I’ve been to a lot of Subways and my 2-star rating is reflective of how this location fares compared to other Subway locations I’ve been to.
