If I could give them negative stars I would. My mom is getting married and me and my sisters are her bridesmaids. We went in hoping to find a blue dress for all three of us. And the front lady was extremely rude and condescending. When we asked to see a dress she appeared annoyed and reluctant to show it to us. The price shown was not the price we were given because she had to order it in the color we wanted. We were being charged double. It was advertised at $ 99, however she wanted $ 200.
There were signs everywhere asking you to not touch anything, no pictures, to put your phone away. And my mom and sister were basically asked to leave the store once for having their phone out when they came without us.
Don’t come here. Prices are ridiculous and customer service here is nonexistent.
Instead we went to FEMME, directly across. Everyone there was great, helped find a dress in the right color and did not charge us to order it in the size we needed.
