Great customer service! Girl in the front explained everything throughly! This is the only tanning place that I spray tan at because it gives me the exact color I want and does not leave me any spotting or orange residue.

Amazing tan… Walked in super white and left all golden! Mystic tan was quick and painless. Exfoliated and moisturized ahead of time. I mentioned an issue of dark soles of my feet after spray tans and the staff took care of that by offering a towel to stand on. Genius worked well and my feet looked fine! No funny stripes and paid for multiple scents to be added so I left smelling all tropical. Definitely recommend to new tanners!

Horrible service! This girl at the First and Nees location forced me into a 3 month membership, I thought I had the fulfilled amount and the membership cancelled after that time. Well apparently not, and I never received a notice or phone call. I set up another month to month membership at another location. I went into the first and nees location and the same girl told me I still owed on my membership and refused to tan me and told me she would have the other month to month cancelled. I went in on another location and she again refused to tan me and argued with me in front of customers. I had to drive across tan on numerous occasions to be able to tan. I called their corporate office and left numerous messages to discuss this young lady by the Sarah behavior and only got a call back once and was at work. Absolutely unacceptabler behavior from an employee.

Sunsational tans tanning salon is a really good salon. The staff is helpful and friendly and the establishment is sanitary. I have never had a bad experience tanning in this salon. They offer different membership levels based on your needs and desires. They also offer spray tanning, massage therapy and Nail care services. I would highly recommend this tanning salon to those in the market for one.
