The person that is in there to clean or to help people is never around. When I have questions about the service there is no one ever around. I had a problem with the machine and no one was there to help me. I like to go to places that has someone there at all times. I like t ok go to places that is fully attended at all times. I went I’m to do my laundry this place was a mess and homeless people everywhere asking me for change. I Was Scared And I Left, I Did Not Feel comfortable ND confident that my clothes would come out clean and was scared for my life.

It’s okay. Clean. There really isn’t a best time to wash because it’s always packed. But it’s a cool place. 1.25 per load to wash for 30 min and .25 cents for every 15 min of drying. Usually it’s .75 to dry a load. 1.00 if it’s a heavy load.

Buying a used washer and dryer doesn’t seem like a such a difficult thing to conquer until you realize that your apartment complex not only forces you to get stackable units, they must also be electric. And because the easy $ 200 you could’ve spent on numerous machines end up being Gas units, you’re pretty much screwed.
We resort to Super Suds, right down Divisadero and Blackstone. It’s a good location for all those living at the lofts down the street. They have different-​sized washers with different prices. We typically use the regular one that costs $ 1.50. Other prices include $ 1.00 for a small one, $ 3.00 for a slightly larger one, and I believe it was $ 7 for the industrial ones. (I’ll have to double-​check on that) I don’t really care for the $ 1.50 machines I use, but whatever gets the job done and cheap.
The dryers are all industrial, and huge! $.75 does an 8min drying but depending on how much you have in there, you could be spending $ 1.25 or more. It’s suggested that you don’t put your whole load into one of these bad boys, that way heat distributes better. Even after washing my clothes in the under-​average washing machines, the dryer makes my clothes crisp and fresh.
