My father and I went to Susan to compose our trusts, wills, and power of attorney. She was very friendly and personable. She really listened to what we had to say and communicated very well in return. She was quick to respond to phone calls and emails.
After two weeks, I asked to change my power of attorney, and I went to her office to do so. She told me that she wasn’t going to charge for this session bc of a mistake in spelling a name. Which, wasn’t a big deal and I was changing other things on the form. It was incredibly nice of her not to charge, because she really didn’t have to do that.
This was all a very pleasant surprise as I’ve had horrible experiences with a previous lawyer. So yay! Thanks, Susan!
