Wow just WOW! Terrible customer service when first walking in I walked in before another customer and she gets greeted before I do? That doesn’t seem right. Because I wasn’t wearing a mini skirt with boots showing leg? Ok, I’m in line to make a payment and there are 3 representatives available. I’m standing here for about 5 minutes and no one acknowledges that I am standing here until the 2 «ladies» talking about things other than work look up and say oh I’ll be right with you. Uhm for what so you can finish your conversation? Ok. That seems reasonable talking about your personal life and then the guy to the right of them. TERRIBLE! Please hire NEWANDDIFFERENT employees. I’m not wasting another minute or breathe in this place. I’ll drive across town to make a payment or upgrade my phone elsewhere so they can make the commission.

Great store better then the other store I used to go to the staff is always quick to help you and they acknowledge you when you walk in and even at their busiest they get you in and out if there is a problem they make it right no matter what I will always come to this location for any phone problem and even if I want to upgrade my service doesn’t matter where I’m at.

I love this store! After another store screwed me on a SIM Activation kit I came here to see if they could help me out. The plan I was going to sign up with can only be activated online or at a Walmart, the stores aren’t supposed to be able to do it.(And if you go to any T-Mobile store none of the sales people know about it.) But once I explained what happened with the SIM kit and explained what the plan was, one of the girls went to the back room and when she came out she did some sort of wizardry on her computer and activated my phone! I was planning on just getting the code and doing it myself, but since I had to make a separate trip they were nice enough to do it all for me in store to make sure it worked, which I thought was very nice. I would come to this store more often but they are to far from my house, otherwise I would probably make this my go-to store!
