DONOTGIVETHATSTOREYOURBUSINESS. THEYCLEARLYARENOTINTERESTEDINITANYWAYS. I cannot believe this place. I bought a phone 6 days ago. I have a 14 day exchange policy. I have had to factory reset my phone twice in the last six days. I was told by Customer Service to go to the store to exchange it. Was told that I would not have to pay the $ 50 restocking fee. After 6 days of hellish problems with the phone I went to the store. I spoke with CRAIG who was AWESOME. Craig was in the process of exchanging my phone(just wanted the exact same one but perhaps something that worked) when BRYANACOSTA butted in. Bryan began saying the problem is not with my phone it was with t-mobiles service and he would not be taking the phone back. I explained all the issues I’ve been having(mind you I brought the phone in three days ago and did not ask to return it but did say I was having issues– after 611 told me take it in), that I’ve been in the store once before, called Customer Service etc and I was told to exchange. I said that I would even pay the $ 50 fee and would work it out with his supervisor. BRYANBEGANYELLINGATME. I asked him why he was escalating things. I told him he didn’t need to yell. HEWASSOANGRYWITHMETHATHEWASVISIBLYSHAKING. This scared me. He said his store was not going to take a $ 600 loss and he was not taking the phone back. I said I was not taking a $ 600 loss either. I said I followed the contract instructions, brought everything back as per the contract and I am exercising my right to exchange. BRYANCONTINUEDTOLITERALLYYELL– RAISEDVOICEATME. Needless to say I left with my original phone. I sat in my car and had a panic attack from the yelling he did with me. It was so humiliating. I called 611 again and continued to hyperventilate. 611 called the store and two employees said that Bryan was on lunch and that they would take the phone back now if I wanted to come in while he was on lunch(what does that say to you?). I declined because of my panic attacks. I came home and called 611 again because my phone was doing nothing but giving me a black screen and error message. They said do the factory reset and take the phone back. I cannot cannot believe this. I am in utter shock that he would bully and yell at me. DONOTGIVETHATSTOREYOURBUSINESS.
