Started up my T-Mobile service at this store. I got an HTCM8 with a down payment, a deposit on service, and the rep had to call customer care to activate the phone. Even though that was a lot to get done, the whole process took less than 30 minutes. I was told exactly what my first 2 bills would look like. I later found out the bill expectation was correct, which was surprising, but pleasant. The store is very clean and the reps know what they are talking about. I didn’t feel pressured to buy any accessories… you know how most reps do that and it makes you uncomfortable? Thankfully there was none of that. I’d come back to this store if I need to.
