I only gave 1 star because you have to give at least 1. Do Not Use This Company!!! They make appointments they can not keep but even worse they say they come out when they don’t and charge you for it!!! Twice they have said they came and sprayed and both times I was home and no one ever came!!! I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor and never received a call. Then someone named Deana from the office calls to ask about payment and tells me I need to pay my bill and when she hears a baby fuss in the background asks if I’m properly taking care of my children… Really?! Guess it’s easy to be brave over the phone but how dare she. they are a crooked company… btw they tried to tell me they have my signature for service… what liars!!! Will be reporting to the better business bureau

I am having a problem with gophers and called terminex. They said it was not a problem and could take care of my rodent problem. Saturday came around and I received a phone call from a technician stating that she had no idea how to take care of my gofer problem and there was only one person in the office that could but was off and so they would call to reschedule Never received any phone calls and since found a professional who is resolving my issue and shows up when scheduled. Never again.

Do not use terminix in Fresno, ca. On 3−12−15, a person posing as a Terminix employee (wearing a green terminix shirt) entered my elderly grandmother’s house to do an «inspection» He was casing the house. Luckily, my grandmothers caregiver was there and alerted us of the situation. We don’t use terminix! My dad filed a report with Fresno Co Sheriff’s office. I tried to reach Terminix this morning (³⁄₁₃) to tell them what color shirt he had as terminix asked the sheriff, but on my first call to terminix 800 number, I was put on hold with their national office for 15 minutes then was cut off. My second call to their local number transfered me to their national office again and I have been on hold for another 15 minutes now. They refuse to give me the name and contact phone for their regional manager in Fresno. So, I guess they don’t really care that someone is running around Fresno posing as their employee. This imposter is 6’5 early 30’s, Hispanic with dark complexion, drove an older model white 4 door ford explorer. I can only hope that there are no home invasions or break-​ins as a result of this terminix imposter. I can only hope that terminix changes their policy so people can contact their local offices to discuss such matters.

FIND ANOTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANY! My family has been in contract for at least 15 years with Terminix for regular treatment/​maintenance of termite bait stations. For the past year or so, Terminix has had the absolute worst scheduling. They have shown up at my house unannounced to provide service, then later scheduled appointments that they didn’t show up for. I called customer service a few weeks ago; they were very professional and quick to discount my bill by $ 25 and set up another appointment promising that a tech would show up. After receiving an automated call and email confirming my appointment for yesterday… crickets. The tech didn’t show up again. Long story short, after 15 years of service, my family is now ready to leave this horrible company and look for one that actually knows how to keep their word.
