DON’T USETHISSTORE. I just picked up my I-Phone 5 from this store. I had brought it in for a cracked screen. I had dropped the phone about 3 feet onto the driveway. I was told $ 60 but it may be bent. How do you bend a phone dropping it onto it’s corner? Anyway they called me later, the battery is also bad and needs replacement and yes the phone is bent. I had looked earlier and the back edge of the phone was perfectly straight. But suddenly it’s bent– I think it’s more likely that they bent it opening the case. Bent I-phone 5’s are not that common on the internet, only at Phone Stop. The bottom line was that it cost me $ 116 rather than $ 60. If you go to this store, be prepared to wait and bring extra money. It turns out the replacement battery doesnt hold a charge well.

Anthony at phone stopped is my hero! He is very knowledgeable and takes care of customers. He over delivered on my experience. He helped me get things squared away so I could successfully escape Verizon and switch to new carrier. The phone I bought was a great deal and works great. They do good business and I will be a repeat customer!

DONOTBUYFROMHERE!!! I have had customers buy phones from here and they come into my store to have them activated and they’re STOLEN which means basically useless. They told one customer that the phone was so cheap because it got sent back to the manufacturer because the box was damaged, instead the phone came up as stolen and her account got suspended. Not only that but the phone was water damaged and was clearly far from new. These people are full of shit and all of these good reviews are probably just themselves or their friends. DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMHERE!!!

They were able to extract both my pictures(over 2,100) and ALL of my contacts. They transferred them to my new phone and the phone was fixed within 24 hrs and they were even able to keep my phone intact after the extraction! Great prices, great service!!! Amazing guys here. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2. I bought it the first day it was released. I love the damn thing! It’s big and fast. Anyway, I dropped it the other day and the screen cracked. I mean cracked big-time! Spider webbed! I was devastated! I called the Sprint store, but since I didn’t pay the $ 10 per month insurance, I was on my own. I looked on the Internet at buying a new screen, but after seeing what it would take to install it, I figured I would just mess it up. So I took it here and held my breath. It cost me $ 350, but they fixed it here and now the phone is perfect!(I also got an Otterbox!) I am very happy. They said their repairs have a 90-day warranty, and hopefully I won’t have to test that. The store is a nice store, not a sleazy place populated by crazy-looking characters as some independent phone stores are. They sell unlocked phones here and they seem very knowledgeable. I will update this review if I find the repair goes bad, but so far, so good!

I have had two different problems with my phone and both times at this store the service has been great. I will go back if I have any more problems. I also tell people I know if they need this is the place to go.

My HTC phone had a little accident: Note to self — New Year’s, touchscreens and tile floors DONOTMIX! So I brought it to the friendly guys at PhoneStop. Apparently many, many people’s phones had New Year’s accidents, because they were doing quite a lot of business. They said they were expecting a rush, so they had all their techs working, and they had my phone repaired, just like new, in 2 hours. They charged $ 75, and when you consider that the part alone would have cost me $ 35 plus shipping, AND the fact I had my phone back the same afternoon… well, I’m very pleased. I couldn’t be happier with these guys and their service.

After going to another phone store that was supposed to specialize in fixing Iphones and going without a phone for four days without even one return call, I tried the PhoneStop Store. Anthony at The PhoneStop is my new favorite nerd!(His word) The store is very organized and top end. You are greeted and helped with very little wait. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful! They were able to get all my info off my broken Iphone which made me VERY happy. I will recommend this spot to all my friends! Great trade-in values too! Keep up the great work!

They may be good at repairing phones but they are a big rip off if you want to sell them a phone like the advertise…“cash for cell phones” PLEASE!!! False and fraudulent adverstiing. I brought in a Sony Ericsson phone with a 8.0 megapixel camera with sony cyber shot and they offered me 5.00…you gotta be kidding. I don’t care how great they are in other areas, in that they are a rip off.

I’m not quite sure why there are people saying phonestop sucks because I got GREAT service here. I bought an iphone 3g off of craigslist and brought it in to the store the next day. It turned out the iphone had a messed up antenna, so they swapped the board for me, and even helped me fix my volume settings since my buttons were broken! THESEGUYSAREAWESOME. quick, friendly, and overall amazing service.

Had a Touch pro 2 flashed there. Got the run around as to why they couldn’t get my flash right. Wasted 75 bucks. Only had a 7 day warranty. Will never do business with them again. Also was told it was a crapbox phone only after they couldn’t flash it correctly

My wife ordered a cell phone from Ebay and it arrived locked to a SIM card that was not included, nor was any unlock code(and the listing did not state these facts). Her old phone was on it’s last legs and she didn’t have time to wait for a remedy. After calling an AT&T store, AT&T tech support, and several Cricket stores, we were referred(by one of the Cricket stores) to Phone Stop. It was after 7:30 and we called to see if they could help. They said they could, but it would be «$ 35 – 50.» They closed at 8, so we headed over. Being a technical guy, and knowing all about cell phone«flashing» and the types of stores that cater to this need, I expected this operation to be shady. Boy was I wrong! We arrived to a clean, well-lit store with all manner of used cell phones in display cases, with new accessories lining the walls behind. The two employees(Fernando and Anthony) were very friendly and helpful. One took the phone into the back and worked the magic on it, while the other kept a good conversation with us at the front. In a matter of minutes, he returned with the cell phone unlocked, and the charge was $ 35(I’d really been expecting ‘$ 35 – 50′ was going to mean $ 50 no matter what). They even stayed a few minutes after closing to give a short tutorial and answer my wife’s questions about her new phone. Their enthusiasm, helpful attitude and knowledge turned what was sure to be a bad night of my wife cursing her new non-operational phone into a great experience. If you have a cell phone problem, are looking to buy or sell a used phone, or anything else related… this is definitely a place worth checking out! As they told us, «if we can’t do it, it can’t be done to a phone.» Sometimes you need that kind of technical brawn when your own cellphone carrier is completely useless, as they tend to be…
