Very unhappy with the sofa and chair we bought from from Thomasville, our sales person was a little shady too. I overlooked the sales person, because I called him on his price change. However, our sofa is less than 3 years old, and our cushions already need to be replaced. We are not hard on furniture, and have another sofa that is over 10 years old, used just as much as the Thomasville, more, it is doing just fine. I will not go back. The star selected only because it is required.

Today I went in ready to buy 1400 sf of flooring. I walked in and Pamela Burt was sitting at the front desk reading the newspaper and on a obvious personal phone call. She looked me up and down and kept on talking. I looked around and waited for her to finish the critical personal call and do her job,(timed it 8 minutes). That never happened! I had to walk by her(still on cell phone) to leave, I interrupted her and thanked her for her service. Worst customer service ever! I will be writing a letter to the owners, I hope they care.

Terrible service. These ppl are super sweet while you are deciding on pieces. BUT once you order/purchase they provide no calls with updates regarding delivery or calls explaining delays. It’s up to the customer to call and inquire. And no one except the EXACT person who helped you order can provide information to you after ordering. They don’t seem to care if they advised you of a 2 – 4 week delivery date, yet week 6 rolls by and still nothing has arrived. I specifically had a bad experience w Shakeh and Louis. My new home will contain no furniture from this place on the future. Very disappointed.

Worst furniture and worst customer service. Not happy at all. I’ve only had my couch 5 years and there is already a hole in the fabric and we rarely sit on the couch. Very cheap furniture at a very expensive price. Never again! When we called to complain about the couch a few years ago, the manager told me we must be sitting on it wrong and he sent somebody out to change out the cushion cover. We still had problems with it, so I called back and he said he would not be doing anything else for us. How can you sit on a couch wrong? I don’t normally write a lot of reviews but I felt like this one needed to be said because they have a reputation around town about having good quality furniture and I just don’t believe this to be true.
