The check in person was rude and told me I had to call them with the hospital address. I decided another clinic would be better. They didnt even get ny CAT records prior to my appt and that I have to come back with them. 5 hrs r/​t drive for a 5 min appt pissed me off.

It’s OK if your on Public Assistance, but very poor quality doctors even with an HMO!

horrendous bedside manner. I was 15 min early for my appointment and waited over an hour, just like the other reviewer. I heard the «doctor» laughing outside the exam room door and peeked my head out and he asked me, «Can I help you with something?» as if I was imposing on his joke-​telling time.
Weeks following my «sensitive» procedure, I am still in considerable pain and am unable to get a response from his office.
If you need to see a urologist, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR MEDICAL CARE! It will be worth the drive.

Arrived 15 mins prior to my appt and had to wait over an hour before they called us in from the waiting room. The appt was at 8am and at least 3 other ppl arrived with the Same appt time and same doctor

Dr. Behniwal did my sons circumcision, he had a terrible bedside manner. Marched in room without introducing himself. Did not explain what he was doing. After he was done, he just walked out. Even medical assistant had bad bedside manner. Led us into room and shoves a clipboard in my face telling me to sign and slams door on way out. Also, we waited over an hr to be seen. We had a 8:00 am appt and saw on the sign in sheet that two other people also were scheduled to see this md at the same time!!! I’m a nurse so I’m realistic and am not expecting 5 star resort customer service but this place is awful.
