It is a gas station.
Here’s the quick and dirty:
Air, water, $ 2.95 for regular, automated car wash, propane, minimart with a small deli inside.
On the outside, there’s a patio area to eat, however it is a bit of a main drag, so it isn’t the quietest place to enjoy a meal. Nonetheless, if you need to stretch a bit before getting back in the car, you might take advantage.

This place is a place to stop if you use the Valero gas card, they honor the gas price discount at the pump.
The store is fairly clean and the staff is nice.
This is more like a tip then review.
