Roderick and Aundrea were amazing. They stayed late well past the hours of operation to help my father and I upgrade our phones and change our plan. They did an exceptional job in explaining to us what changes were being made to our plan. Customer service was perfect and both of them made the overall process enjoyable. I hope Verizon as a company acknowledges individuals like them and rewards their hard work and customer service.

Went into this store because I was having issues with my phone from dropping it. The new staff helped me and even told me I was ready for an upgrade. They helped me pick out a phone and hooked me up with a case. They gave me a lot information about insurance. Now I have a new phone, a case and insurance. I was very pleased with the help and time they took to make sure all my questions were answered.

Picked a new iPhone and Tablet! Daniel and Aundrea are the new management and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I appreciate your patience with me as I know I ask a lot of question. I definitely recommend this store.

Very dissapointed in customer service today nov.30 my 65 year old mother went to the store. For help on her new sim card she purchased, trying to move phones internal memory to sim card. SHOULDNTTHISBESIMPLEFORTHEMTO ShOW HER? APARRENTLY not… 1 employee helping customers, my mother waiting her turn…. .. As she was being helped, Another customer came in, in need of help with his laptop back up battery… Should that person have waited patiently as my elder mom did? well after 2 hours mind you my poor mother said fine thank you i cannot wait any longer… plans to return tomorrow, she actually felt sorry for the employee. But whats the problem here? Short employes? Poor managment? I dont really know but if it were your 65 year old mother asking simple help and should have gotten it in reasonable time, instead of overwhelming ONE employee. And then my mother wasting 2 hours in side a poor organized store when we pay good money have been customers over 12 years. Would u expect more? Well i do! ! And i hppe her experience is much better tomorrow or i will be visiting the store myself to stand up for her!!! You are being tested. so lets just see… Very upset over this

This is a clean store with a modicum of accessories and phones to generally suit most individual needs. My primary visit to the store was on a whim, as I needed a car-charger to test my S3’s functionality(I was uncertain whether my USB port was defunct — it was). The first individual I met sold me the charger and was friendly enough in the process. Upon my learning that the charger port would need replacing, I determined that I would return the charger, as it was certainly not the least expensive($ 30+ for an off brand), and I needed to repair the phone(which has its advantages over acting on a warranty plan). I had failed to read the fine print: this company does not take returns on accessories. Upon my request, a staffer stated they would call his manager and see if an accommodation could be reached. He came back so quickly to offer me a perfunctory«no», for which I falsely called BS on him even making an attempt. In truth he had called his manager. I profusely apologized, but he maintained a constipated mien until I left the store. I think the 20ish attendant couldn’t believe someone would have the balls to accuse him of not being honest; had he been lying(a reasonable assumption), I might have relieved him of his own. ;) So two outstanding reasons remain for this review(which would apply to all 4G stores): 1) they can offer reasonably good service, but are often young and only so-good at customer management, and 2) they have a poor return policy. Let us say«Joe Schmo» buys a HTC phone and three accessories, but decides the phone is not quite right, and he exchanges for a Samsung phone but only needs 2 accessories. 4G wireless’ policy will not refund Joe’s extra accessory money, even though he has already brought in considerable business. Unbeknownst to 4G Wireless, Joe has two teenage daughters to buy phones for, and he now opts to buy them somewhere else. Sometimes good business isn’t good for business. Do I have a sharp wit? Sure. Was I rude? Ca depend: I was spoken to with a perfunctory«no» which I could not abide(no «I’m sorry, but…»), and after wrongly accusing the attendant, I strongly apologized. Following this, was there good service? No. While any retailer will have ins/out with their policies and service, I have experienced better, and I would not solicit this company unless absolutely necessary. There are too many other choices, and the need to have an exceptional, ongoing advocate(or company) for your wireless service and products(or to be a guru yourself) is tantamount to having an effective phone. These tiny computers cost too much to accept any less.
