I would give 5 stars if it wasn’t for the pharmacy. The only reason I go to this Walgreens is for my families prescriptions. This pharmacy is the slowest most unorganized pharmacy I’ve ever been to, moving my prescriptions to CVS. Walgreens just lost a family of customers.

The customer service at this pharmacy is atrocious. I would not even rate them with one star. I have gotten a total of three prescriptions filled at this pharmacy. Each time I have picked up my prescription the pharmacy technicians have been extremely rude. Each time. Three different technicians. My prescriptions are never ready on time, and my on time I mean they are not even ready same day most of the time. For instance, today my prescription for a common antibiotic was called in at 11:00 am, I went to pick up my prescription at 7:00 pm. I sat in the pharmacy drive thru line for 40 minutes. When I arrived at the counter the pharmacy technician proceeded to tell me (with attitude) that my prescription was not ready and I could pick it up the next day. I asked what the cause was for the delay, and with attitude she replied that they were extremely busy and then proceeded to tell me that I could drive to the back of the line and wait for it to be filled. I refused and sat in the line until they filled my prescription.
I work in healthcare and my concern is what happens to our patients once medications are prescribed. Are the postoperative patients we see having these difficulties filling their narcotics or anti-​nausea medication in a timely manner after surgery? Are they being told to come back the next day for prescriptions they may need over night? If it truly the case that the pharmacy it too busy to fill prescriptions in a timely manner, then they should notify providers when prescriptions are submitted that this is the case.
That being said. I would be more receptive to delays in my prescriptions if the staff were at least pleasant. I should note that I have never had an unpleasant encounter with the pharmacists that I have spoke to, just the three very rude pharmacy technicians.
I will be transferring my prescriptions to another neighboring pharmacy.

Went there this afternoon with my son and saw that they marked their easter candy down to 70% off. I picked up about 10 items and went to the register. The cashier rang up my candy and they all came up regular price. I told the cashier that it was clearly marked as 70% off in the aisle with all the Easter leftovers. The cashier called the manager who is just a few feet away at the cosmetic counter and then told me that the candy I got was regular shelf candy and was not part of the sale. So I asked the cashier why would you have this along with the Easter candy that was clearly marked 70% off in the Easter Aisle… False advertisement. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This is a review just on the pharmacy. It is horrible! Rude customer service. They don’t smile or say hi. First time in and I felt like I was bugging them with questions. I won’t be back. Not sure how the rest of the store is. The cashier up front said bye as I was leaving and she seemed friendly.

Be very wary of the pharmacy here. The girl in charge is very nice and helpful, but the problem is with the older Asian pharmacist.
1. He doesn’t speak English (or Spanish)
2. He dispensed me medication that I didn’t need and advised me it did something completely different then he said aka it could have really hurt me had I taken it
3 he refused to dispense medication for my mothers migraines because it was medication for pain… aren’t migraines pain?
It would be 1 star but the pharmacy manager «tahn» was able to resolve my complaint swiftly and effectively.
I suggest finding a more competent pharmacy while the Asian man is at this one

2 people working in the entire store. had a hard time getting help in the photo department. self-​serve photo booth doesn’t print pictures on the spot.

This Walgreens is great. It definitely deserves extra points because I was able to get my son’s required TDap shot here, even though it cost a bit it was worth the time I saved at the doctor. It is usually pretty clean here too and my husband really loves the «As Seen on TV» collection (which is pretty good). I also like that it is so close and convenient!
