If you are in a HURRY to move in – this is not the place for you. The application process is incredibly slow. I personally know a family of 6 that is 2 steps away from being on the street because staff is lagging in their efforts. They submitted their application well over 2 weeks ago. It seems that they are getting the run around, with no idea of when they might be able to move in. When a family needs a place over their head, and have given their deposit– staff should do EVERYTHING in their power to speed up the application process. I can’t say that upper management is aware of any of this, but hopefully they will read this and check into ANY and ALL pending applications in their possession. PS, I am a homeowner/​landlord, so I know the process does NOT need to take this long.
