Hiring William was a headache from the moment we finished giving him our money. His email, phone number, Facebook and Instagram pages all mysteriously went missing after our final payment cleared and we heard nothing from him until the Saturday before our wedding — long after we’d frantically started looking for last-minute back-up photographer. The day of the ceremony, we had no idea if he would even show up. When he finally did, he was unprepared suggesting one posed picture after another even though we told him we specifically hired him for his journalistic style and wanted natural shots. He also let our afternoon reception hours earlier than contracted because he and his wife(his assistant) were unable to cope with the heat. Two weeks later, I receive an email with 900 raw footage photos to slog through on my own. Terrible lighting, poorly-framed shots and blurry body parts of people standing in his way made up the majority of the professional photos from my wedding. I contacted him several times asking if he was going to sort through the photos or do any post-production work but never heard back. Thanks to William, I have no usable photos of getting ready for my wedding, of my bridal party walking down the aisle, of my first dance with my husband or step-father, or of our families. The only thing I have to remember the most important day of my life are quickly snapped cell phone photos from friends. Every horror story you’ve ever heard about a wedding photographer happened to me because I hired William H Photography — stay away if you don’t want to be filled with regret every time you look at your wedding photos

Looks like they have the emailing issue. Besides this bump, their service is 5 stars.
