I heard their service really sucks until I experience it of my own it does really suck the pictures and nothing like the building you’re waiting in so small and crowded and no air conditioning seems likely cuz its so hot in there I think XFINITY just a waste of time don’t ever try their service cuz it sucks sorry Xfinity

Echoing what others have said: as you enter the store, you need to check into Comcast’s waiting system — supposedly so you can be helped in order. The Comcast employee assigned to this task took 2 minutes of bumbling around — and blaming the tablet — to check in each customer. How can a tech company employ a non-computer literate person for this position? How tough can it be to learn a simple tablet app? Dozens(no exaggeration) of people crammed into the waiting area. 3 customer service clerks working — 6 computer work stations sitting empty. Three customers ahead of me in line just to check in — people behind me lined up out the door. After 5 minutes standing in line just to be checked-in, I went to the North Fresno location, where — at least on this occasion — there was no wait(although, if you read other reviews, I was probably just lucky). Cannot believe that Comcast attached all the promotional pictures to their Unilocal showing a near empty retail store — what a joke — adding insult to injury.

Meh. It was alright. Customer service was friendly and straightforward. Got what I needed in good time. No disputes. Yeah it is small in here, but oh well. It is what it is, a cable waiting room.

Oh man, where do I even start? Well I went in on October wanting to dispute a bill I had and the lady that helped me seem to have worked there for a while but was very clueless. Her name was Francesca, anyways I wanted to know why I had so many different«installation» charges on my bill, when I already paid for the one time self install kit $ 30. Then on my bill they charged me $ 200 for installation charges I wasn’t aware of. I asked Francesca and she explained that the tech went to fix it, but on my end the tech told me that I shouldn’t be charged because the wires outside were comcasts responsibility. I explained that to her and she started saying«well someone with the same last name use to live in that house and her bill was added to yours because she has the same last name» are you kidding me? Millions of people have the same last name. I started arguing with her and ultimately I asked to speak to her manager, which i should have done sooner. She was more knowledgable but I decided to terminate my service within the 30days money back guaranteed. And that was that. But until this very day I have not received my money back, better yet they sent me a bill saying I owe them $ 62 for the next month? How is that possible when I never used more than 30 days of service?! And I even made a payment for that month $ 127, money I never got back for service that was terrible! Slow internet in my opinion and they didn’t even get it working until 6 days after!!! Horrible company, I would never ever want any additional service from this place!

Horrible customer service and the wait is terrible. It gets really hot and crowded. Make sure you pay attention when they call your name or they’ll skip you in a second.
