I might get some flack for rating this place high, but this is why. Folks have to understand and check their high expectations. Stop expecting Las Vegas style buffets. I feel when people review buffets everywhere outside of Las Vegas or Atlantic City, they expect them to be just as good. You have to be realistic now. This place isn’t trying to compete against Las Vegas buffets nor are they trying to be like it. The price is a 1⁄3 or a ¼ of how much the high rated Las Vegas buffets cost. I’ve been here a few times for the weekend brunch and they charge $ 17.99FORTWOPEOPLE. That is with the players card, and without is I believe $ 1.00 more. Drinks are included. The staff has always been friendly. The wait staff always makes sure to get the drinks you want and refilled at all times. For $ 18 for 2 people is a great value(weekend brunch, prices may vary on other days). I believe this might even be cheaper than Hometown Buffet. They have an Asian section, a section section for made to order omelettes and order breakfast items. Crêpe station, salads, freshly made waffles, dessert and soft serve ice cream, and a main station with a variety of main dishes including a carving station. There definitely is plenty of food to pick from. For the most part everything isn’t bad. Don’t expect 4 – 5 star sit down restaurant quality food, but the few times I’ve ate here for brunch, the food has been satisfying and my stomach has never shown any signs of pain – so thats a good thing. I can’t speak for the other days, but during the weekend brunch I will point out for those that always want to know – there is no sushi. I don’t know on the other days, but for the weekend brunch there is not. Also there is no cheesecake. There are a variety of generic pastries, and some good ones as well. The bread pudding is always good and whatever they always bake«fresh» in that same section where they put the bread pudding. If I do have to make a complaint, it is the SOUP! Most notably the soup you get from the Asian station. Unless you read the small sign and ask, you can actually have some soup made for you here. They have a few choices last I recall like shrimp wonton, and others. The problem is, THEBROTHISSOSALTY! I know a lot of elderly love going to casinos and love eating at the buffets, and it is known that when you are older sometimes you don’t taste the salt and always ask for more, but they are not the standard palette. For any normal person, it will be considered salty. I’m not sure if it is the person cooking it who is at fault and their palette is just messed up and they overly salt it, or it is the default recipe they are given to make. It’s a shame because everything else in the soup is good. It just gets ruined being too salty. We actually asked our waiter to bring hot water, and we put some in the soup to dilute the saltiness. Besides that, everything is as it should. The buffet layout is spacious and never feeling crowded next to other stations. There are plenty of seating. The space is actually located nicely to where any of the main casino smoke won’t really be noticed. So I’ll still recommend going here. Just don’t expect so much for a buffet that isn’t trying to be posh. What they do serve is decent and the value is hard to beat. If they fix the saltiness I probably would have given this place a perfect score for what it is. The only real other buffets this would be a direct competitor to is Hometown Buffet, or Chuckchansi’s buffet if they ever open and other casino buffets. So that’s why I gave it this high of a rating in comparison to those buffets – not Las Vegas buffets.

It was a Monday night in the Fresno area. I wasn’t sure where to eat. I decided to take the family to the Mountain Feast Buffet. The price was right at $ 12.99 for adults and $ 6.00 for the child. This buffet is a basic no frills buffet. They had an Asian station, Mexican station, salad bar, and I’m not sure why, but, they had a carving station. The only thing that they had to carve on a Monday night was a ham. They also had you normal offering of fried chicken, mashed potatoes and fish. The Asian Station had all the normal stuff that Asians don’t eat like sweet and sour, fried rice, etc. I didn’t want to try it. A Hispanic guy at the next table noticed that I didn’t get anything from the Asian station and recommended that I try their cooked to order Won Ton Noodle Soup and Phở as they were their best dishes, and that I need to stay away from the Kao Pun. The Won Ton Noodle Soup and Phở were horrible. The soup was bad. They didn’t have the right meats or vegetables in the soup. I had no intentions of trying their Kao Pun after trying their Phở and Won Ton Noodles. I thought Kao Pun was a typo on their menu board. After talking to the noodle chef, I was told that Kao Pun was not a typo, but, a Laotian Spicy Noodle. I changed my mind and ordered it since I heard there are lots of Laotians in the Fresno area. I liked the Kao Pun. It had a nice coconut and spicy flavor. It almost made me want to seek out a Laotian restaurant to get some real Kao Pun. They had Menudo and Albondigas soup in the salad bar area. Ironically, I thought these soups were okay. The Hispanic guy thought they were bad. The desserts were okay. Nothing fancy. Just your typical buffet desserts. Not worth the drive for a mediocre buffet. Yes, you can stuff yourself silly. But why?

They increase the price; reduced the variety of the food & the quality, and reduced the food servers at the various food stations. I do not gamble that much, so there is not much reason for me to go there again.

Went today(Tuesday) for seafood night. I’ve never ate so many crabs in my life! I actually enjoyed it because it actually has meat and little or no salt, which I prefer. I went around 4 and got there around 430 – 5 which was a great time because I didn’t have to wait long. Though once after that the line got really long even when I was done eating. I just wished they had more variety and food. They had popcorn shrimp, fried fish, crabs, 1 ticket for lobster, mini Asian bar, Mexican bar, salad bar(where oysters, clams, and cold crabs), crêpe station and of course dessert(the carrot cake and chocolate mousse cake are recommended). Service was superb, especially when they were very busy! :)

The service is good, But the foods not all that. I only go on Tuesday night for«seafood buffet» so this review will only be base off for Tuesday night. they try to make a variation of food but the Asian foods are terriable. I mean it’s nothing close to Chinese food. Mexican rice mixed with green Peas and carrots does not make it to the Asian section. I mean it’s the casino, this is a joke. the only seafood that they have is just the all u can eat crab, shrimp, and ONE and only one lobster tail it’s probably pan fry with some kind of seasoning on it OR the other option is the whole steam/boil lobster. they make crepes too, come in strawberry or banana with a little bit of whip cream, powder sugar and chocolate drizzle, those are ok, not the best. they also have steak that they freshly made and cut on the spot when u ask for it. I usually get the center piece just be cuz it’s juicy and tender plus I like medium rare, by all means if you don’t like it go for the edges. they have a variation of beverages from soda, juices, or even guava. soups, desserts, and ice cream are all available.*note: when u pay to get in, they will give you a ticket and you have to keep it to redeem for your lobster tail. if you lose it that’s the end of it. However, it’s usually jam pack and takes a while to get seated esspecially for larger groups so my tip would be go early because they open at 4pm and just until 9pm. I rate them two stars be cuz I expect more from the casino since they make so much money but they don’t really make quality food. I pay $ 22 to get in, I expect stuff that I don’t get in town esspecially it’s an hour drive too. I go there for the food not for the games.

This is the worst buffet we have ever eaten at. The pizza was cold, the fish had a rubber texture, enchiladas were hard, and overall it was a waste of money. The waiter we had was excellent, very attentive. Will never eat there again.

Went on seafood night. What a mistake. The wait was over one hour and several listed items on the menu were no where to be found. The Crêpe station was down do to «running out of batter». The most appalling thing was that they give you a single ticket to trade for a lobster. If you want more you are out of luck. Not sure how this qualifies as a buffet. That should be disclosed on the board or when paying. Bait and switch. Skip the buffet and go to the Eagles landing restaurant instead.

Somewhere online it said seafood night was on Friday so we came here expecting that and what do we know it’s not. It was Asian, Mex, and American. Food was horrible. Barely any seafood even for a regular night. Not many choices. Not worth $ 27 we paid. Was just horrible. My bf still talks about how shitty this place was to this day. Never going again even for seafood night. Idk where on their website they show when seafood night is anyway. So disappointed.

Terrible terrible selection. I dunno what people mean when they say wide variety and unable to sample all the dishes but trust me, it is small. There’s a waffle/omelet station, a small asian section with subpar dimsum, fried rice and noodles and an american section with mashed potatoes, sausages, and spaghetti. Soup and salad comes with the usual and the desserts are lackluster. I would save my $ 13 and go elsewhere.

Went here only because we were going to watch Larry the Cable Guy at the Casino. There was another eating place called Eagle’s Landing inside of the Casino, I should have bet my money on that one instead. The buffett had a VERYMEAGER selection, which was not something that I was expecting based on their menu. The taste wasnt that great either, but our waiter Arturo was very friendly and brought us everything we needed, and thats why I am giving this 2 stars, otherwise it would just be 1. We wont be going here again

I gotta say that this place has a great variety of food! They have carne asada tacos(which are delicious!), a large soup an salad bar, large American food station, And a large Asian food section! With all the different styles of food it’s so hard to try a little bit of everything, and guaranteed to have something appealing to everyone. The overall size of the place is decent too. It’s inside the table mountain casino do people are always filing in and out of this place to eat. And what’s cool is they give a complementary buffet dinner for everyone who signs up for their casino club membership! Dope! On the downside(and the reason why I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5) was because some of my food was too salty. It seemed like the beef soup I had was just Made in pure salt. I could take more than three bites of it. However, after talking with my dad he said out of the dozen times he’s eaten there, it was the only time thats happened. So I definitely would suggest trying this place. Even if one soup is too salty, I had five others to choose from. I will be coming back to this place to grub after a day of gambling in the casino :)

There are Mexican, Italian, Carving and Asian stations in addition to a dessert area and salad bar. I usually eat the Eagle Landing restaurant when I go to the casino. Boyfriend recommended it, I wasn’t too fond of their selection. The food that I did try was yummy and the service was friendly and quick. xo

I went for the seafood buffet(Fri & Sat 4 – 10 pm) after passing the smoke in the casino to get to the buffet area I was happy to see the variety and the seafood selections. There was mexican, Asian & American, there was a crêpe chef & a stir fry chef, the food was really good and there was no smell of smoke. Don’t pass this up.

This buffet at Table Mountain is not as good as the Chukchansi buffet in terms of food and ambiance, but it’s decent. Even though there was a line to get in, they were really swift at the register and with seating people. Also, there’s plenty of seating that’s well spaced out. The workers were all very friendly and nice. The buffet offers American food, Asian food, Mexican food, Italian food, a taco station, salad bar, and desserts. Nothing really stands out as super good but the food’s still decent. My favorite items were the fettuccine alfredo, salmon, rice pilaf, taco station stuff, and the salad bar. At the taco station, they have two types of meat for you to choose from. They had fish and beef when I was there. You ask the worker to fill the soft tacos with whichever meat(s) you ask for and then you put all the fixings on yourself. The fish tacos topped with diced onions, cabbage, salsa, and lime were quite good! Overall, not the best food but I would definitely eat here again if I’m visiting this casino. The lunch prices are reasonable.

Rather large casino buffet with plenty of seating. A little bit dark in the eating area. There are Mexican, Italian, Carving and Asian stations in addition to a dessert area and salad bar. One of the best things here is the made to order mini-soft tacos made with your choice of chicken or beef. There are lots of options here and the buffet is kept pretty clean. Service is also pretty good.
