Not too long ago I order a calzone from there and a large drink although my order was not in correct. I had to wait over an hour to get a simple order to me. When I called the establishment to check on my order and see where it was after an hour in 15 minutes of waiting they said it was finally on its way. When I received my food it was lukewarm the cheese was getting that sticky and rubbery taste aside from having no flavor I wouldn’t recommend this place for delivery. If a simple order of a sda and calzone takes over an hour god knows how long a large order would actually take. I also believe this place is way overpriced for its less than satisfactory food.

This is a no Brainer! 5 Stars come easy for a great tasting pizza like this! I love the toppings on the Meat lovers pizza! And the crust is awesome! Friendly, and the helpful staff just rounds off the whole dining experience! Did I forget to mention that this place is really clean? It is worth the drive!

Been going to Pizza factory in Prather since the day it opened almost 30 years ago. But since Bill sold it I’ve been making the Pizza Factory in Friant my top choice for pizza on my way home. Anyone who knows me knows that I have easily eaten more pizza than all your friends combined. Growing up just outside NYC I was lucky enough to be in the middle of Pizza heaven so it was hard moving to Fresno way back in 1979. People like Ryan(owner of PF Friant) make living here alittle better. Tossing fresh pies and using the freshest ingedients is what this is all about. Hopefully they’ll create a pizza and name it the Crazy Bernie NY Pie. It would be big, XL and thin, and it would have only a thin layer of sauce and cheese and alittle oregano sprinked into the thin layer of cheese. It would weigh ½ as much as one of their usual cheese pizzas and it should cost about $ 12. I think people would love them. I know I would. Keep up the great work on the pies Ryan.

Terrible service for even worse pizza and you’ll spend $ 25-$ 30 for 2 people. Open salad bar that we witnessed kids reaching up and grabbing the food then putting it back!!! Won’t be back.

been there a few times. not great but pretty okay until my last visit. I ordered the lasagne a friend ordered calzone. salad bar is always good. the food took forever because some school ordered lots of pizza, our order got put behind there’s. we waited at least 30 min. the lasagne was still cold in the center boiling cheese around the edges. the calzone was ok but not served with sauce. when friend asked for sauce, he was given 2 plastic cups of cold sauce. what? obviously the young man was new, but no one was watching him i guess. he knew nothing about food. we all have to start somewhere but he needed supervision and proper training. very nice kid, eager, just no training. the owner manager type was getting the schools pizzas ready but what about other customers there first? by the time we got our food and tried to eat, the large order was done and they came to pick it up. that’s how long it took. this was couple months ago.

Might be a great pizza for Friant but middle of the road for So Cal. Wasn’t horrible but doesn’t warm up well. They have some Unilocal specials but wont tell you even if you ask. Once I checked in and brought it to their attention. I got OHYEAH we do have those. If you want Pizza and you’re in Friant you don’t have many choices and its certainly better than the chains

Stopped by for dinner on the way to Shaver Lake. Their pizzas were good, hot and fresh. Their pastas were not so tasty. Overall, not a bad option in an area with not a lot of choices.

I would have to say this was a very good pie that I had from Pizza Factory. The staff was friendly and the did delivery on time, now why the 5 star rating for all this, well I was at Millerton Camp Grounds, and I called from our camp site, and they delivered right to our site almost to the second they promised, and they were happy to do so. I was very impressed with this place and the service they gave us, making sure if we needed anything else to let them know and the delivery driver was helpful and friendly, make sure if we needed cheese or peppers. when we ate our pizza all the indigents were fresh and hot for us. Overall if you are in the area, this is a great place get your pizza and if you are camping at Millerton Lake, be sure to order your pizza and they will delivery it so no cooking that night lol.

Wow! What a great meal! So often chain pizza parlors are disappointing, but this Pizza Factory knocked it out of the park for my husband and me tonight. First, we always avoid pizza parlor salad bars — and you know why. They are uniformly stocked with stale veggies and dressings that taste and smell like Uncle Vito’s old socks. But when we walked in, we noticed how fresh, crisp and chilled the lettuce and veggies appeared, and even the dressings looked inviting. I risked ordering a small salad with blue cheese dressing — prepared to be disappointed… but it was absolutely delicious! I scarfed down every bite. We ordered a medium sized veggie pizza, hold the olives and add pepperoni to one half. It was delivered — correctly prepared — to our table fresh out of the oven — so hot that we had to wait a couple minutes to begin eating. The first bite told us that we were going to be very happy people. The pizza was just outstanding! The dough was thin and perfectly baked — crisp, but not hard or burned on the bottom — and very flavorful. The veggies were very freshand in generous portions, and the pepperoni was deliciously spicy. It was simply a terrific pizza! The service was very pleasant, too — folks came to check on us a few times. How often does THAT happen at most pizza chains? Restrooms were clean(a big plus). On top of all this, the exterior of the building is fresh and new — with nice rock work and blooming roses, and there is a darling patio on the side of the building for al fresco pizza-niking. Pizza Factory — you are ‘da bomb!’ Thanks — we’ll be back, and soon!
