My experience with Tom started out great. I called him up and he was over to my hotel immediately to pick up cracked iPhone for repair. He even had it back to me in under 2 hours. I was ecstatic. That was until I actually used my phone. When I received my first phone call, I could barely understand the person on the other line. Apparently somewhere in the screen instal process, the speaker or the connection had been damaged. Tom was quick to admit something had happened and eager to fix the issue. Unfortunately he returned the phone in the same condition the following morning with half of my money back saying he count fix it. Not an idea situation. This is where it gets really bad though. Shortly after picking it up this second time, I was using the phone the screen just shut off completely! Not to mention the contrast was off but that was the least of my worries at this point. He reluctantly took the phone back, insisted it was working fine over course of several emails, and then when the phone started to overheat and malfunction on him, started blaming it all on me and saying it was«my word against his». Toms a nice guy but doesn’t know what he’s doing. DONOT under any circumstances, trust your phone with him. Learn from my mistakes.
